ABOUT US

We are a husband and wife team who love dogs, and love walking them here in the varied natural scenery of the Wirral peninsular. We have in excess of  twenty years experience of looking after and walking both our own and other dogs. We offer a variety of services from a dog including a walking service to a pet taxi service. If you would prefer not to use kennels for your precious pet, we offer  a dog home boarding for up to two dogs overnight, plus a day care service for a further two dogs. We promise that whatever service you need, we will provide the highest quality level of care possible. Until 2013, we lived and raised a family of three in the beautiful county of Berkshire. Now our children have all grown up, we decided to move back to our roots here on Merseyside.

Our business ethos is based on providing the highest level of customer care to you, our client, and to also provide the same degree of love, care and attention that you give to your pet.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Dog Walking

We provide a dog walking service whereby we will collect and deliver your dog free of charge within a two mile radius of our address, from either your home or work address and walk your dog at a scenic location for an hour’s duration or less if you require. We can offer the same service outside this radius for a small charge which is dependent on distance covered. We can offer either individual walks or group walks, but only ever walk up to a maximum of three dogs per handler at any one time as we feel it is very important that your dog is monitored constantly and receives the attention he or she deserves at all times. With group walking in excess of three dogs this can become difficult. When we collect your dog, we will always attach a tag which provides our contact details for peace of mind, this is removed on return.

GPS Tracking

For additional peace of mind, we can also provide a GPS Pet Tracking service which enables both you and us, (in the unlikely event of your dog escaping our control), to find out exactly where your dog is at any time until his or her return to you. This pinpoints the location of your dog precisely on Google Maps by either use of SMS or online tracking. (Further details can be provided if necessary).

Dog Boarding & Day Care Service (in our home)

We accept house trained and sociable dogs for periods from two hours to a month. Your dog or dogs are welcomed into our home and treated as part of the family together with our own very placid greyhound who enjoys the company of other well behaved dogs. Unfortunately, dogs under one year old and bitches in season cannot be accepted. Prices do not include collection or delivery charges however, this can be arranged at a nominal charge dependant on location. Clients must provide all items necessary for the welfare of their pets, to include food, leads, bedding, medication, toys etc. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to these items whilst your dog is in our care.

Pet Taxi Service

If you have an appointment for your pet at the Vet, we can arrange to collect him or her, attend the Vet appointment with them and then return them to your home or work address as required. Prices for this service will vary dependent on time and mileage covered but will be in accordance with our price as shown.

Pet Sitting (in owners home).

If you would prefer, we can look after your dog or other pet, whilst you are out during the day or evening at your home address. This could be either on visit or sitting basis for which we would charge an hourly rate as listed in our price list. Our visiting service includes any security measures such as opening and closing curtains, turning lights on or off etc. All services provided are subject to your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions which are detailed on the attached pages.
