The Wild Side Walk is geared towards creating a social environment where your dog can enjoy interacting with other dogs.

Not only will he or she make new friends they’ll enjoy a two hour trip that includes a minimum 5km walk (for the humans) in open countryside, safely away from traffic and livestock.

They’ll have the opportunity to explore a mix of wood and moorland trails with plenty of open space to run about. We use GPS to track the terrain we cover and publish our “tagged” photographs that you can follow.

The Wild Side Walk is especially good for all pack breeds and crosses.

We started the company given the energy levels our HPR Viszlas expected to run off every day. All the other HPR and Gundogs like Labradors, Retrievers, Spaniels and any other dog with a lot of excess energy to expend, love The Wild Side Walk too.

It’s not about specific breeds or size though: we have really big Wild Side Walkers (Ridgebacks like Zola here) and wee cuties like Coco and Rusty (above) who are just as game and love the long wild walks.

It is about dogs loving a good outing in the country meeting up and socialising with both regular and new pals.

All of the dogs on our walks are well cared for, from loving homes and make a well balanced and friendly pack. The only types that may not suit are those bred and trained for a primary role of guarding and/or fighting.

Day Care

Wild Side Day Care is an alternative to kennelling, where we will look after your dog at home with myself and my two friendly Hungarian Viszlas. Your dog will be picked up and delivered back to you at times that suits you best.

When with us he or she will be cared for at home, all day, as one of the family.  This service includes at least one two hour session on The Wild Side Walk.

The Wild Side Day Care £25 service includes

• Home pick-up and drop off
• Two hours off lead fun and fitness (with the your consent!)
• The Wild Side Walk covering at least 5km in open countryside
• Fully supervised
• Fully insured
• A fully assured doggy day of fun, attention and relaxation

Pet Sitting

Overnight, Short Break and Holiday Care at our home

If the thought of kennels leaves you cold, Pet Sitting is the service for you. We will board your dog within a loving and friendly environment providing the same care that they get at home.

All you have to do is provide the dog and leave the rest up to us.

If you like we’ll keep in touch via text or email, whatever suits, to let you know how your pampered pooch is enjoying their holiday while you do too.

Full 24 hour care

We view it as a holiday for the dogs we care for.
