Standard Kennels

All with individually heated indoor area and large covered external runs.

Luxury Kennels

Spacious fully tiled kennels with double glazed fronts and high levels of insulation to keep your dog cool in the summer and warm in the winter. All individually, thermostatically controlled, under floor and direct heating. Each kennel has its own large covered external run. This is true luxury.

Walks

We take all of the dogs in our care for two walks a day, a morning walk and a late afternoon walk just before they go to bed at 7:00 in the evening.

Food

We stock a wide variety of foods at all times. Please discuss your dog’s requirements on booking.

Vaccinations

All dogs must be fully vaccinated, including kennel cough, administered at least 10 days prior to arrival. If proof of vaccination is not shown on arrival, we will not accept your dog for boarding.

Medication

We are happy to administer most medications as required. Your dog’s requirements must be discussed on booking.

Your cat can stay in our garden cattery

Large thermostatically controlled, directly heated chalets with outside covered runs where your cat may relax while watching the birds on their feeders.

We have chalets suitable for up to six cats, so there is no need to split a family. The cattery is away from the kennels so that the cats are not disturbed by dogs barking.

Price List

Boarding fees are levied from the arrival date up to and inclusive of departure date. The boarding fees are inclusive of food, heating and bedding. No discount is given if owners bring in their own food. In the event of owners returning before the end of the booking, the full booked period will be charged.

We accept cash and debit cards. No pet will be released unless payment is received in full. A 50% none refundable or transferable deposit is required from all customers. Any cancellation not notified within 48hours of commencement of the booking will be liable to payment of the total booking value.

If we are with customers or our boarders, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.

Any customer failing to honour a booking without any notification will be liable for payment in full.

• Out of hours drop off and collection will each incur a surcharge equal to an additional days boarding fees.
• All Prices are fully inclusive of heating and food (from our stocked range) but exclude veterinary fees.
• Owners who provide their pet(s) own food are liable for the full price as listed above.
• Owners who collect their pet(s) early are liable for the full price of the booked period.
• Giant dogs weigh 40Kg or more. Size will be confirmed on arrival.
