Your pet's second best friend
Ever since I was a child I wanted to work with animals and had an avid interest in training. Reading books and watching programs relating to training. We couldn’t have a dog when I was young so I concentrated on rabbits and horses in my life which I loved to be around.
I worked with horses for many years from around 8 or 9 years old I would always be at the stables just down the road, I then studied equine studies at university. I took a break from working with horses when I had my daughter.
A few years later I brought home my very first dog. Getting Dingo reignited that passion for training. I did a dog training course at the local college, I volunteered at an animal shelter- working mostly with the dogs but also helping out with the rabbits, cats and horses. Dingo had some fear related issues which pushed me to get more involved with training in order to help him.
In 2017 I set up my dog walking business to gain more experience with different breeds. I absolutely love working with all my clients dogs, I love the different personalities and the challenges they sometimes present me with. I joined Puppy School in 2018 and I am looking forward to helping people in my area to give their puppies the best start in life and setting them up for success in the future.
