About Me

Walden Moggies is run by Bev Jackson.  I am a local, reliable & trustworthy cat sitter.   I am a life-long animal lover and have owned both dogs & cats for over 30 years.

I spent 7 years as a Cat Welfare volunteer for Wood Green The Animals Charity in Heydon before this site closed in March 2021.

Areas covered

We currently only cover main Saffron Walden.

Please book early to avoid disappointment especially if you are planning to go away in peak periods!

Peace of mind

We are fully insured & DBS checked, Dog & Cat First Aid Qualified and hold a Diploma in Dog Walking & Pet Sitting & a Certificate in Animal Care Level 3.   Certificates available to view upon request.

Home Visits

We offer personal & flexible Cat Care.  Whether you need a one off or regular visits we value all clients & cater for all kinds of requests.  Please contact us if you wish to discuss your requirements.  We enjoy getting to know & understand the character of each cat we care for.

Free Meet & Greet

After initial contact we will arrange a visit at a convenient time so you can meet us, ask any questions and most importantly so we can get to know your cat & their routines.  There is no charge for this visit & if you are happy (you are under no obligation) we will then complete all the relevant paperwork.

Cat Sitting

Cats are creatures of habit, independently minded & may not be happy being moved to an unfamiliar place.  They are happiest in their own homes, so we come to you where they are surrounded by familiar things & we can keep to their routines to keep them happy while you are away for a day, weekend or longer.
