About Us

My name is Remi. After relocating back to London from California and Texas where I had lived for almost 18 years, I started Top Dawgs Pet Sitting and The London Cat Sitting Company.  A dedicated and enthusiastic pet care service formed out of my love for animals, their welfare, as well as a desire to be surrounded by them.  I have volunteered for animal rescues both here and overseas.

For as long as I can remember I have adored, respected and surrounded myself with animals. My pets are an integral part of my family, so I fully understand and appreciate how invaluable it is to have reliable and compassionate pet sitting.

I am owned by two wonderful spirited Jack Russell’s – Deefer,  and a Pomeranian cross Jack Russell named Darcy. Her mum is Faith pictured below, who passed away in October 2015.

My first love was a Boston Terrier called Tuff, soon followed by Bobby Earl, and it is in both their memory as well as Tawney, my tabby cat that I dedicate my service. My pet sitting service, believes in creating bonds. It is our goal to create a special relationship between pet sitter, you and your pet. At the time of your consultation you will meet your primary sitter at which time you can go over any specifics you and your pet may have.

Our service includes dog walking while you are at work or too busy to walk your dog and home dog

boarding where your dog is treated like a family member, with lots of love and attention when you are away for an extended period. While you are enjoying a well deserved vacation or weekend break, your dog will be having a blast at the pet sitters home. Cat Sitting is also available in the form of daily visits to your home.  If you prefer your dogs to remain in their own environment, we offer House Sitting.  Your assigned Dog or Cat Sitter will stay in your home while you are away.

Dog Walking

Walking, exercising, social interaction and play time is very important for your dog.  Lack of exercise is usually the cause of a lot of repetitive behavioral problems. Let one of our experienced, insured, DBS checked Dog Walkers, help you when you don’t have the time to walk your pooch because of your busy schedule, especially during the day while you are away at work.  He or she will be one happy dawg when you return home exhausted from work and you will be guilt free!

Our dog walkers never walk dogs in packs for your dogs safety, theirs and your peace of mind.  We walk a maximum of four dogs together, however if you would rather your dog walked solo, please state so and we will be sure to accommodate you.
    
Top Dawgs believes in creating bonds. It is our goal to create a special relationship between dog sitter, you and your pets. Once you decide to go ahead, one of us will come to your home to meet you and your dog.

Home Dog Boarding

What a great alternative to a cramp kennel cage.  While you are away on vacation, business, during hospitalization, recovery or any other reason, be assured knowing that your pooch is in a safe nurturing and healthy environment. Your dog will receive one walk a day and for high energy dogs more.  They stay with a dog sitter in their own home, where they are assured a lap to sit on while watching TV, fenced in yard, games and lots of toys in a safe indoor environment, it will be just like being at home.

Depending on Pet Carer, pick up and delivery of your dog may be available.

Puppy Visits

As cute and cuddly puppies may be, they can also be  a handful during the early months. 

Also as a new puppy “parent”, you may feel anxious about leaving your puppy alone all day while you are at work. We can make this particular period a lot easier for you and your pup with our puppy care service.

This service is also ideal for puppies who are being crate trained, yet not fully vaccinated and are not able to go outdoors or mix with other dogs on walks or doggy day care.
