About Us

Based in Crawley and founded by Tom Laverick and Lucy Hills in 2015, T&L Pet Services Ltd utilises over 15 years of experience, a wealth of knowledge and a lot of love for all creatures great and small.

Having had a fascination for animals all his life, Tom always had animals in his home. After receiving a pair of rats for his 9th birthday Tom has had and enjoyed looking after an animal in one form or another ever since! Having owned and cared for a multitude of animals, Tom’s true passion resides in fish keeping –  both marine and freshwater. Tom also owns two pedigree British Shorthair Cats; Luna and Leo.

Lucy’s animal admiration started young. She began horse riding at the age of 8, had a rabbit of her own at 11 and decided to start studying animal care at the age of 16. She continued these studies until she achieved the level two award in animal care taking her experience and qualifications firstly to a dog grooming parlor and then to a veterinary  practice, Lucy is well adapted and confident in looking after and interacting with many different animals. She absolutely adores rabbits and currently owns a group of four: Rupert, Daisy, Lilly and Louis.

Dog Walking

We offer a free consultation to every new customer. This allows us to get to know you and your dog, so that we can provide them with the best individual care and give them a great walk every time.

Group Walks: £13 per dog per walk with each additional dog from the same household an extra £6.50. Group Walks are available every week day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Your dog will be walked in a group for a minimum of 45 minuets. Your pooch will then be towel dried off at the end of their walk to get rid of those muddy paws!

Not only is this great exercise but being a pack animal this is an excellent time for your dog to socialise with other dogs in a safe and controlled environment, stimulating their natural urges and creating a happier companion!

If you have any special requirements we are more than willing to try and accommodate your requests as much as we can. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services for un-neutered dogs or if we believe we cannot safely work with the dog.
