All About Us
The Paw Seasons – Groom & Board is run by Tasha who has been raised around dogs since a small child. Animals have always played an important part of her background and is currenly the proud human to a tea-cup pack of Papillons.
In June 2013, Tasha succesfully completed a 2 year Btec qualification in dog grooming .
The Paw Seasons G&B opened its doors in May 2014 with the opening of the Paw Seasons G&B Grooming Parlour. The Grooming Parlour has gone from strength to strength. We are known for our relaxed, clean, grooming enviroment. The Paw Seasons G&B welcomes fur-babies who are unfamiliar or nervous to the grooming enviroment. Customers who use the Paw Season G&B Grooming services come from areas such Barnsley, Sheffield and from the local Rotherham area, due to being located close to Junction 35 on the M1.
The Paw Seasons G&B prides itself on giving one of the best value for money canine care services in our area.
The Paw Seasons G&B expanded into further canine services providing Home Boarding full time on the 1st March 2016.
The Paw Seasons G&B Home Boarding has a clean, secure, safe home environment. We are so fortunate to be located near open fields, public access to ancient woodland, parks and the transpenine trail.
The Paw Seasons G&B has various toys for day time activities such a playing and mental / physical stimulation for your furry friends needs whilst in The Paw Seasons care.
Relaxation can be acheived for your fur baby by either snugglinng in one of the Paw Seasons comfortable beds or through cuddles/snoozes on our settee.

Home Boarding – Block bookings, weekends breaks and Single overnight and day stays are all welcome.
Please note any home boarding booking is now only deemed to be made and accepted with a minimum 50% deposit prior to each stay (Clause 2.6 of terms and conditions form available for download).
We are OfQual Level 3 qualified in a relevant subject as per the 5 star rating guidance and also due to Covid19 have successfully completed 2 different courses in Covid19 Disease Control Pet Protection. All certificates are available to view via facebook and hard copy is available for inspection during visits.
The Paw Season’s Groom & Board consists of a Full Time Home (Overnight & Day) Boarding Service to support all your furry friend(s) needs.
We provide a safe, clean, relaxed, professional home environment for the both grooming parlour and our Home Boarding facilities.
All new clients to the Home Boarding service will first go through a free taster session/vetting prior to full approval to stay to assess their behaviour and manners within the home and with other fur boarders.
The Paw Seasons G & B does reserve the right to refuse taking on any fur child that is deemed to much of a physical risk or disruption to other clients and/or including our own small fur children. We prefer to cater for small to medium breeds due to our own furries size, but some larger breeds would be considered depending on taster session outcomes.
We are proud to announce we have been rated 5 stars the highest rating under the new 2019 Defra Guidelines by our licencing local authority.
Home Boarding
The Home Boarding will provide 24/7 care for your fur child.
We are CRB checked and licenced under the Animals Boarding Establishment Act 1963 granted by the Local Authority.
Our Home boarding like our day care creche includes a bubble machine, ball pit and various toys for your fur child’s
entertainments needs. Toys include durable,
strong toys,”kong” toys of normal and strong grades. Chew toys such as stag bars and bull horns are available to fur babies with their humans permission. Fur babies care includes walks depending on their energy levels (please see dog walking) and lots of cuddles. The Home Boarding will be set in a home
environment aimed to keep your fur baby mentally stimulated in a safe, caring and professional environment. Your fur-child will be treated like one of our own and can even relax on the settee.

Day Boarding
Day Boarding is open 7 days a week, however please contact us for weekend availability.

Fur babies care includes walks depending on their energy levels (please see dog walking). The day boarding is set in a home environment aimed to keep your fur baby mentally stimulated in a safe, caring, professional environment.
Grooming
The Grooming parlour opens for existing clients during the weekend only.
We provide a safe, professional environment with a BTec qualified groomer who will deal with every aspect of your fur
childs grooming needs from start to finish. We look to accommodate all dogs, be they large or small, young or old, those who might be nervous with their first grooming.
We have modern, clean, quiet facilities in a relaxed home environment.
We look to provide individual attention for every fur child.
Services includes:eyes cleaned, ears cleaned, teeth cleaned, nails cut.
Anal glands emptied upon request
Bath and dry (Shampoos for to deal with a variety of skin and coat types)
Hand-stripping available.
Please note we are not taking on new…
Dog Walking
Low energy dog walk
15-20 minutes
Medium energy dog walk
20-30 minutes
High energy dog walk
30-60 minutes
However, walks can be tailored to individual owners preferences. Please note places and times are limited to accommodate Boarding and Grooming clients first.
