In the salon, there are other self-employed businesses. Quite often I’m fully booked, this is when I will pass your queries over to their capable hands. I will, however, ask if you do decide to book in with them, any further correspondence is with their business going forward, or this can get very confusing for all parties involved.

The grooms that take place (if the coat is suitable and safe for the animal) are undertaken at your request. I will groom your pet to your requirements, working towards your wants and needs rather than what “I” think is best. Listening to how you’d like your pet to look is important to me and I’ll work with you to make this possible.

My aim is to make all dogs, cats, and owners welcome in a relaxed and comfortable environment. I know your dog or cat will enjoy their time spent at Paw Pad Parlour & Academy and will leave happy and even more beautiful than when they arrived. There will be plenty of time for play, cuddles, and treats along the way too.
