The Knoll Cattery

Be the first to review

The Knoll Cattery started life when my parents Gwen and Paul were both made redundant from their jobs. They decided they would prefer to work for themselves and, having nine cats of their own, the idea struck that they would build a cattery so they could look after everyone else’s cats too.

And so, in 1995 The Knoll Cattery was born.

Mum and dad have since retired and now I, Kelli and my husband Chris have taken over the reins.

The Knoll Cattery sits next to the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal in the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is exclusively for cats and is a peaceful and picturesque location.

The cattery is fully licenced and insured.

I am a passionate animal lover and have two dogs, one cat and six chickens all of which are from rescues. I have also fostered dogs for Four Paws Animal Rescue and during the lockdown I fostered cats in the cattery for Usk New Start Cat Rescue (and still do whenever I can!) So rest assured your cats will be very well looked after and loved whilst they are staying here with us.

Whilst at The Knoll Cattery your cat will live in its own spacious cabin within the building. Via a cat flap in the cabin your cat has 24 hour access to its own individual run, where they will enjoy views of the fields, birds, squirrels and rabbits. They can sit and sunbathe on their shelf, play with toys or use the provided scratching post.

All bedding, bowls, toys etc are provided however feel free to bring anything from home that your cat loves.
