Hi, my name is Victoria and, like you, I love dogs!

I was lucky enough to grow up with many dogs in my life. Golden Retrievers, Flat Coats, Springer Spaniels and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I have been even luckier to help deliver and care for several Golden Retriever litters in our family home.

As a teenager, I wanted to work with dogs. But, after college, I was swept away by the travel industry and within a few years I landed my dream job with Mercedes.

Sadly, just weeks before Covid-19 hit us hard, I was made redundant. The job market crashed and as a type-1 diabetic, I was confined to the house, unable even to apply for key-worker roles.

During lockdown, I borrowed one of my mum’s dogs for company. As all dog owners will know, I was suddenly out walking several times a day – whatever the weather – and I LOVED it. It was during one of my walks I realised what I most wanted to do; ditch the office jobs and become the best dog walker ever. And that is when The Happy Tails Club was born.

So here I am, excited to meet you and have fun with your pets!

SMALL-GROUP DOG WALKS YOUR POOCH WILL LOVE

£12 per dog, per hour. Discount for second dog from same household.

My group dog walks in and around Alton are fun and playful. Your pooch will get plenty of exercise, lots of attention and mental stimulation. I only walk in groups of four dogs or less.

After its walk your dog will be safely delivered home where they can snuggle down, curl up, and dream about chasing rabbits.

I offer competitive prices for walks your dogs will love. You can register for group walks, 1-2-1 walks or one of my special walks for older dogs, puppies, little dogs or nervous dogs.

Or if you like – I can just pop in for 30 minutes to keep them company and let them out into the garden.

1-2-1 DOG WALKS

For owners who prefer their dogs to have individual attention on their walks – I offer affordable 1-2-1 dog walks.

I keep my group walks small – so dogs always get my attention. However, some owners may prefer their pooch to walk without other dogs.

This may be the case if your dog is nervous, or if they don’t mix well with other dogs.

A one-on-one dog walk is a full hour (not including drop off and pick up) and I always mix up my favourites routes – so your dog will never get bored. Examples of my favourite walks can be seen in my 5 Best Dog Walks in Alton Blog.

So what next? First of all, get in touch to arrange an initial meet and greet. During this session (Covid-19 restrictions allowing) you get to tell me about your pup and any special requirements. We will also go through all the paperwork and any further questions you may have.
