We Are Professional

Our clients know they are trusting their loved ones and their homes to a qualified, insured, registered and certified business. We provide outstanding communication to make sure you have full peace of mind while you are away. We are a registered and certified member of the National Association of Registered Pet Sitters UK (NARPS UK).

We Put Safety First

We are aware of the trust you put in us and the level of responsibility we have for your cats and your home. We carry Public Liability Insurance, Key Holders Insurance, and have up to date DBS certificates. You will be provided with evidence of this at your booking visit. We are discreet so as not to alert anyone of your absence. We visit your cat at least once a day and we write a daily report card which we can text or email to you. This is so that if there are any concerns that need urgent attention we can let you know and take your cat to your regular vets for assessment.

Your Cat’s Well-Being Is Our First Priority

We come and meet your cat at the booking visit so we are not totally new to them when we come to cat sit. Your cat will miss you while you are away but by keeping their routine and environment the same you will help to reduce any stress they might feel. We have our own cats at home and we know that your cat is a loved member of your family. While you are away we will treat your cat like a member of our own family. We will reassure your cat with plenty of love and attention, stroking, cuddles, brushing if they like that, playing and company. We are always updating our skills and knowledge especially about cat behaviour as cats can often be misunderstood. We understand cats! They ‘get us’ and we ‘get them’!!

Personalised Service

We create your cat’s care plan with you to precisely fit your cat’s needs. We will provide you with an estimate of all charges before we visit you for the booking meeting. There are a variety of service options available as we know no two cats are exactly alike.

Outstanding Communication

We pride ourselves in providing a phenomenal pet care experience. This is not just because of our first class cat care, but also our impeccable customer service. We will always be honest and open with you in our communication. We not only leave daily report cards at each visit, we also keep you updated with pictures and videos of your furry companions with a daily text or email. We endeavour to always deal with all queries promptly and compassionately.

We Prioritise The Cats In Our Care

We strive to provide the best cat sitting services available and so we follow advice from The Cats Protection to ensure we provide our services with a high level of attention to detail and high standards of hygiene. This helps us to reduce cross infection between cats in our care. Unfortunately when a cat is stressed it can cause them to shed an infection or virus that they may otherwise have had no symptoms of. Although we aim to reduce stress by helping cats to stay at home in their familiar environment and by providing friendly company, we also take extra precautions to protect your cat by following guidance on hygiene and prevention of cross infection given to us by The Cats Protection. To further protect your cat we request that all our customers provide an up to date vaccination card from their vet and that they keep up to date with flea and worming treatments before the booking visit.
