At The Luxury Cat Hotel your cats welfare is our number one focus. We want your cat to feel relaxed and at home whilst they are with us. We want them to look forward to their stay at our hotel.
Our rooms are decorated to feel just like home, they are cosy and warm with lovely fleecy blankets with a variety of sleeping areas. Each room is furnished to the needs of our guests, from the older feline to the young, catering for all their individual needs.
We feed the same food you feed at home and use the same type of cat litter again to keep everything as normal as possible which reduces stress. We also use pet remedy, a natural stress reducing spray to help them settle it.
Our Customer’s Needs
We know how important your cat is and we want to get to know them a little before they arrive for their holidays. We ask all about them in our booking form and this gives us a little insight into their routine which allows us to mirror that while they are with us.
We want to get to know you, our customer and your needs so that your experience with us is easy and straight forward, giving you peace of mind and a stress free customer relationship.
Your holiday is important to us and the care of your cat is important to you, we care about you and your cat. We offer flexible arrival and departure times as we operate a daily rate, which helps you with your travel plans.
Our Environmental Footprint
Our footprint on the environment is important to us, with that in mind we use natural plant based products for washing our bowls to our soft furnishings.
We recycle where we can and buy environmentally friendly products.
We support charities where we can with fundraising and we will be supporting the Hedgehog Hospital with all our leftover foods.
