At Tails & Trails we invite your dog into our safe licence family home with our dog Henry a gentle sociable well-behaved Golden retriever and provide walks cuddles and all the attention they deserve in a home from home environment.

We also understand that your dog may have individual requirements or dietary needs which we can cater for.

About Us

Animals are my absolute passion! Having always been surrounded by dogs from a very young age, my first dog was a rough Lassie collie whom I adored. We also had poodles and Samoyeds growing up. I have owned five Golden Retrievers including Henry who is the most gentle loyal amazingly handsome boy and loving companion!

I worked as a dental nurse at Newquay Dental Centre for nearly 10 years and although I loved my job (and enjoyed creating some beautiful smiles) I love dogs more! Therefore I made the decision to move away from nursing, as I discovered my heart belongs outdoors. Ever since making the decision I’ve had the honour of meeting up with many of our wonderful furry friends and taking them on some lovely walks in a couple secret spots I have discovered over the years.
