Kennels and Day Care for Todmorden and surrounding areas.
We operate a well established boarding kennel and cattery facility which has been running for over 30 years. We cater for dogs, cats and small animals such as Rabbits, Ferrets and Birds. We even offer a day care facility to look after your pet for the day if you are at work or just out for the day.
All of our residents have heated kennels ensuring that your dog is comfortable during its stay with us no matter what the weather outside, come rain or snow, your dog will be warm and dry.
Dogs who stay with us are fed on Gilpa dog food, however, we do accommodate dogs with their own preferred food, as well as administering any medication that your dog may have been prescribed.
Bedding is provided for your pet’s comfort, but again like the food, we do also accommodate pets with their own bedding.
All dogs are exercised at least twice per day with staff on hand to cater for them 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Day Care
If you are at work or just out for the day, we can look after your dog and take it for a midday walk. Our location means that we have fantastic views for the boarders over the Todmorden area that both canine and companion will enjoy.
Gundog Training
Our foremost thought in our training is to generate an excellent shooting companion for your individual needs. Whether your gundog is a retriever on the peg, a rough shooting dog, a beating/picking up dog or even a trialling dog, we cater for all types of gundog training and all breeds of gundogs. We begin by gaining both the trust and respect of your dog before moving onto voice, hand and whistle commands.
We do run gundog group training classes as well as one-to-one sessions. One-to-one gundog training is normally carried out at the kennels on an hourly basis which will assist you in learning along with your dog.
