Situated in the village of Stanley Common on the outskirts of Ilkeston, approximately 10 miles from Derby. The grooming School offers high quality grooming for a range of small to medium sized dogs.  Dogs are bathed, dried, groomed and pampered. All dogs are given the utmost attention and care whist at the salon. The salon runs dog grooming courses for people wanting to become dog groomers and gain qaulifications in dog grooming. We offer Part Time Dog Grooming Courses. We are an Approved Training Centre for ICMG and City and Guilds . 

Sue Oliver ICMG is the Salon owner and Manager. Sue has many years’ experience. Sue previously worked at Derby College, Broomfield Hall and ran the dog grooming courses at Derby College. Sue is an International Certified Master Groomer and holds her Level 3 7750 City and Guilds Dog Grooming Qualification. Sue has had great success in teaching the dog grooming courses and has Qualified Teaching and Learning Status. Sue has 100% success rate. Sue strives to offer dog grooming courses that give a great one to one and has a maximum group size of 5 people on each course. Sue has two memebrs of staff who work with her at the grooming school. Jess Peggs and Hannah Atherton also help with the running of the dog grooming courses and they are both qualified International Certfied Master Groomers.

We offer dog grooming training and you can come along and enroll onto a dog grooming course with us. We have accredited grooming courses available and we are well located within the Midlands. The Salon is located on the outskirts of Ilkeston, approximately 10 Miles from Derby and 15 Miles from Nottingham. We offer part time dog grooming courses for people who want to learn to become a dog groomer and become qualified in the dog grooming industry.
