About Us
St Thomas Dog Walking and Pet Sitting is a family run business, run by Jemma Lane & Andy Iley specialising in walking all types of dogs. Both big and small we walk them all. In addition to group walks we can also look after your other small furry friends.
We have a eight year old Beagle ourselves called Amber who is our MD (main dog). She keeps us on our toes, but is a great dog to have on group walks as she is very welcoming to new dogs and loves to play with all her other four legged friends.
We both love being in the great outdoors and walking dogs is one of the best ways to enjoy all the outdoor green spaces Exeter has to offer.
Your pet will be treated as our own and given the care and attention they deserve. We have owned all kinds of dogs and other animals, big and small with the majority of them being rescues between us.
Dog Services
Dog Walking
Your dog will be collected from your home or work and transported for a walk in or around the surrounding areas of Exeter, away from busy roads. On their return happy and tired they will be towelled down to ensure they don’t leave any muddy paw prints and we will check that they have water available. Dogs will be let off the lead where appropriate (with your permission first of course). Before walking can begin, there will be a free pre walk consultation to figure out the needs of you and your dog and of course for you to meet us.
1hr Group Walks Monday to Friday – £13, 2nd dog from same household £10
Weekend walks are sometimes available to existing customers at £20, 2nd dog from same household £10, please get in touch to check availability.
To join our group walks dogs must be over 10 months old, up to date with vaccinations, treated regularly for fleas and wormed, get on well with other dogs, have good recall and be none aggressive. We do not walk dogs while in season or un-neutered males.

Pet Visits
15 min Cat feeding & fuss visits, from £7.50
15 Home visits for small animals, from £7.50
Areas covered: St Thomas, Cowick, Exwick and Redhills.
Small Pet Boarding
Why not give your furry friend a holiday too while you’re away, they can come and stay in our home or garden and be looked after as our own.
If your going away for the weekend or longer and your pet has a movable hutch/ cage they can come to us for a holiday of their very own (excludes cats and dogs).
Small Pets £8 per day, per cage/hutch
We can look after rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and rodents.
