We are a family run business who have been providing wonderful and welcoming stays in our boarding kennels for over 50 years. We know that it can be difficult to leave your dog whilst you’re on holiday, or away for any other reason, and so we make sure your dog has as much fun as possible whilst they are here.
Whilst your dog is at Spring Bank Farm, we treat them as if they were our own. You can leave them in our care knowing your dog is really well looked after, getting lots of exercise and stimulation from our friendly staff.
Spring Bank Farm sits on a couple of acres of land within a conservation area which means it’s quiet, peaceful and tranquil – perfect for a relaxing stay for your dog. We are actually part of the Gorton Heritage Trail which has been designed to promote and conserve the heritage and wildlife of Gore Brook Valley, making it the ideal, scenic backdrop for your dog’s stay.

Bespoke & Purpose Built Boarding Kennels
Springbank Farm are happy to announce, new for 2017, our outstanding bespoke boarding kennels. Being the ultimate in accommodation, each individual kennel has an outside covered run, to which the dogs have access throughout the day! Our new purpose built kennels are also fully equipped with air conditioning for the summer months, with underfloor heating for the winter months!
Kennels That Are Comfortable and Spacious
We want your dog to have the most comfortable stay possible whilst they are with us. Our underfloor heating keeps your dog toasty warm during cooler periods, whilst still providing plenty of fresh air and natural sunlight throughout the kennels. During the summer months we have excellent ventilation to keep your dog cool. As standard, we provide a comfortable raised canvas bed, topped with a cosy cushion, however, you’re more than welcome to bring your dog’s own bed along to help them settle in more quickly. Of course if you also want to bring food that your dog is used to and any favourite toys, you can.
Family Units
We know that some dogs who are coming from the same home environment feel more comfortable staying together, which is why a small number of our kennels can now be converted into larger family units for more than one dog. This allows families to stay together throughout the duration of their stay. Please enquire when booking, as places are limited.
Our Cattery
About our Cattery
Our Cattery is set in a tranquil garden setting, with spacious sleeping areas and attached covered runs, to which they have access throughout the day. Each cattery is individually heated and bedding provided, although you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Cool in the Summer, Cosy in the Winter
Our Cattery is kept cool in the Summer due to it’ good ventilation and spacious accomodation, whilst individually heated sleeping areas keep your Cat lovely and warm during the winter months. At Springbank Farm Cattery, we always use high quality branded food, but feel free to bring your own, if your cat prefers a certain brand. We are also always happy to accomodate for any special dietary requirements if needed.
