At SWDT, our journey began with a simple act of helping a friend navigate the challenges of dog ownership. Fueled by my passion for canine psychology and volunteering in shelters, I offered training sessions, sparking a chain reaction of referrals that formed our foundation. Our philosophy centers on recognizing the uniqueness of each dog, addressing issues through the magic formula: exercise, discipline, and love – in that precise order. While love is essential, understanding the distinct psychology of dogs is crucial.

Meet our dedicated team, led by myself and my partner Hannah. With a love for long dog walks and currently pursuing grooming certification, she brings a caring touch to our services.

Setting ourselves apart, we specialize in ‘Mastering the Walk,’ a cornerstone of our approach. Beyond exercise, our focus extends to discipline, encompassing rules, boundaries, and limitations. We also guide owners on the timing and importance of affection, incorporating it through meals, play, and genuine care. At SWDT, we believe in a holistic method that covers not just physical activity but also behavioural guidelines and nurturing moments, creating a comprehensive experience for both dog and owner.

Prior to your dog’s stay, registration with us is necessary. Please ensure your dog’s vaccinations are up to date within the last year, and they have been treated for worms and fleas within the last three months. These measures ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our furry guests during their time with us.

This is our premium dog boarding service tailored for well-behaved dogs. Your pet will receive round-the-clock care, including 90 minutes of daily walks and 30 minutes dedicated to engaging play and mental stimulation. Our facilities boast secure enclosures, surveillance cameras, fencing, a swimming pool, and more to ensure your dog’s safety, comfort, and enjoyment throughout their stay with us.
