Requirements for boarding

To ensure the wellbeing of all our canine guests we would ask that you provide us, on arrival, with an up to date vaccination card for your pet. We do not require animals to be inoculated against Kennel Cough.

Arrivals and departures

To facilitate the smooth running of our kennels we would ask that dogs arrive or depart between the hours of 10am – 4pm weekdays and 10 am – 2 pm weekends.

Visits

We encourage potential clients to visit our premises between the hours of 10am and 4pm weekdays and 10am and 2pm weekends. No appointments necessary.

Payments

We would request that all boarding and grooming costs are paid on the day of arrival. We can take payment by credit/debit card and cash is always welcome. For your convenience we provide instalments facility we which can provide prior to boarding. Please call us for further details.

We have a purpose built grooming salon on site, built to the highest of standards to ensure safety and security during your pets grooming.

Due to popular demand we have introduced a new home boarding facility in our home. If you would like your pet to be cared for in a home from home environment, then look no further than our home boarding service, here at Riverside Lodge.

Your pet will have free access to our safe and secure garden and dog room during the daytime and our lounge in the evening. Your pet will provided with a quality natural diet during their stay with us. We only cater for small, neutered dogs for our home boarding facility.

Within our dog room your animal will find luxury bedding, flat screen TV, doggie toys; in fact everything to ensure their ultimate comfort.
