Looking for a Dog Walker in Market Harborough? Here at Porter’s Paw Patrol we offer hour long group dog walks at times to suit during the week. Naturally we are fully insured, DBS (CRB) security checked and have dog first aid.

As well as dog walking we also offer other pet care services. These include doggy day care, overnight dog boarding, pet sitting, boarding for caged animals like rabbits and guinea pigs and a pet taxi.

About Us

Welcome to Porter’s Paw Patrol. My name is Dan Porter and I’ve been a passionate animal lover for as long as I can remember. I’ve had a number of pets over the years and we currently share our home with our dog Ruby, a Cockapoo.

In 2021 I decided I’d like to work with animals which saw the creation of Porter’s Paw Patrol.

Meet Dan Porter

 Hi I’m Dan, owner of Porter’s Paw Patrol. I live in Market Harborough with my wife, daughter and our Cockapoo, Ruby.

I’ve always enjoyed spending time with animals and sharing my life with pets. It’s only recently that circumstances allowed me to consider starting my own business where I could spend even more time in the company of pets.

My other hobbies and interests include travel and socialising with friends.

Dog Walking Market Harborough

Dog Walking is one of our more popular pet services. We offer three hour long group walks at different times of the day to suit a range of customers and their shift patterns.

Groups are kept to a maximum of 4 dogs, even though our insurance allows for larger group sizes. We do this so that each dog gets the individual focus and attention they deserve.

Dog Walking Services

Our dog walking service is popular with a range of people in Market Harborough. Many are full time workers who are looking to give their dog some stimulation and exercise to help break up what would otherwise be a long day on their own in the family home.  Other customers may normally walk their own dog(s) but find that they are unable due to ill health or because they are recovering from an operation.

Pet Sitting Market Harborough

Our Market Harborough pet sitting service is ideal for a range of customers. Whether it’s cat sitting or dog sitting we can offer home visits that vary in duration.

Mostly this involves short pop-in visits to feed a pet, give them some company and to toilet them or clean litter tray as required. We do also offer overnight pet care in the owner’s own home but this is a less popular service than our dog boarding service.
