Poochee Care was established in 2018. Prior to this, we were always dog owners, ourselves, and experienced that feeling of worry when you have to leave your dog with someone, other than family or friends.

Our dog, Molly, was a golden labrador, and loved anyone so we knew we wouldn’t have a problem with finding her a pet sitter as everyone who met her loved her, however it seemed so difficult to put your trust in someone who is a complete stranger.

It was during 2016 that Molly went off on her pet holiday and we went on ours.

Whilst we were aware Molly became unwell, however, unfortunately we weren’t advised and neither were our emergency contacts.

When we got home, Molly’s symptoms worsened and she was only with us for a few days more before she crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

It was following this experience that prompted us to set up Poochee Care. We had experienced, first hand, how difficult it is to find a trustworthy and caring person to look after your pets. We wanted to create a dog boarding experience that allows owners to enjoy their holiday and not worry about their pets. We wanted to create an environment where we would be happy leaving our own pets.

Since 2018, we have been fortunate enough to meet many new clients and their gorgeous animals. Poochee Care has gone from strength to strength and our reviews are testament to this.

Poochee Care isn’t just our business, it’s our passion and we take pride in our work.

Dog Walking

 

We offer a personalised service to suit our customer’s needs. We spend time getting to know dogs and follow our customers walking instructions, with their safety our number one priority. Dog walks can be one off, interim or permanent services and often lead to clients using us for future daycare and home boarding services.

Our bespoke home boarding service means that pets who stay with us have a complete home from home experience. We take time to get to know our clients and their pets to ensure that we provide them with the best service and experience that we can. We have no resident dog and only accept one family’s dog/dogs at any one time so we can give the dogs 100% attention at all times.

Doggy Day Care

 

Our flexible doggy day care service allows dogs to remain happy and fulfilled in our caring family homes while owners are busy. In addition, we also offer home visits to feed and check-in on dogs, puppies and other pets.
