Polgoda Dogs Grooming and Exercise Field

Polgoda Dog Field wishes to provide a safe and secure area to walk, play and train your dog. With beaches, dunes, and parks becoming more crowded our secure field is the ideal place to exercise your dog, train your puppy re-call, or for dogs with anxiety or temperament issues.

It is also a lovely peaceful setting to watch the buzzards and relax. We have a shelter with seating and another picnic bench within the field. Agility weaving poles, tunnel, tyres, small paddling pool, and planting for sensory purposes, and a large open-topped crate for time out or to separate dogs. There is ample parking available, drinking water and a hose for washing down purposes. In the evening there is lighting in the car park but we would also suggest bringing a torch, especially in the winter months. A poo bin is also provided and we ask you to please pick up after your own dogs and leave the field as you would wish to find it.

Polgoda Dog Grooming is City & Guilds trained and fully insured.

We strive to provide a calm and quiet environment, and can cater for your puppys first groom, nervous or anxious dogs and the more energetic ones!

We only use the best shampoos to nourish and condition your dog’s coat. PH balanced, and free from harsh chemicals such as alcohol, parabens, soap, and dyes.

We provide full grooms including a bath, blow dry and brush, nail trim, and ear clean followed by the clip which will be discussed with you at the beginning of the groom.

If your dog does not require a full groom, we also provide services for nail trim only, a between groom bath and brush. Or a bath and de-shed of those double coated breeds.
