Hi, I’m Jayne Robinson and I’m the founder of Pet Concierge – established in 2009, welcome to my website.
Pet Concierge is my life ambition and dreams that have grown into a successful local business. It affords me the perfect opportunity to offer a truly unique service for the love of all your pets whatever their shape, size and care requirement! I have been an animal lover since I was little girl and I believe that having grown up around animals has helped me become the responsible, caring and intuitive person that I am today.

After many years and personal experience as hard working corporate professional looking for pet care I saw there was a real gap in the local market. Since starting out in 2009, the local area is saturated with various types of pet care. My only daughter was born in 2005 and I embarked on a lifestyle change that suited my needs as Mum and developing a vocational career to achieve my personal career goal. I studied, researched and developed Pet Concierge as my own brand. I’ve continually developed Pet Concierge over the many years to ensure I continually offer a professional bespoke pet care service to meet the busy lifestyle demands and requirements for both my customers and their beloved pets. My love for animals grows with each
new one I meet and I enjoy meeting their hoomans too! Every animal is unique and has their own character and personality to discover and understand. I love working with animals so closely and everyday offers new learning opportunities, greater depth of canine knowledge and the wonderful friendships that develop make this my perfect job!
Pet Concierge is DBS certified, Canine First Aid trained, ADBT Dog Trainer, have held CWAC Animal Care licensed when appropriate and comprehensively insured to cover transport of your pets, walking your dogs, training/socialising your dogs, puppy care and development, care for indoor/outdoor cats, small animal and bird care, home-sit in your home, key cover for your house keys in my possession, legal cover and home from home boarding Late fur baby rescue Mr Sweep

Puppy Development Training
Jayne is offering a One2One Puppy Development Service to help guide you through the early stages of dog ownership. This is a unique, tailored service and can be incorporated with the Puppy Care and Dog Walking packages. It ensure puppies are left no longer than 90mimutes at any time during your working day with multiple visits. Please ask Jayne for details and prices
Dog Training
Jayne can offer focused support for Puppy Development, Fear Aggression, Separation Anxiety, Environmental Exposure and Social Skills development. Please ask Jayne for details and prices
Canine Confidence
Do you need some support building your confidence, skills and knowledge about handling your dog, developing your relationship with your dog or just understanding more about breed specifics – Jayne will provide non-judgemental friendly support. Please ask Jayne for details and prices
* 1 hour can be broken down as a walk, playtime and/or settle down period if required

Dog Walking & Comfort Breaks
It is a well written fact that a happy dog is a tired dog! Many displays of behaviour problems can often be a symptom of boredom or a dog simply lacking in meaningful stimulation and interaction. A short daily walk and structured play sessions can provide most dogs with enough contentment, however busy lifestyles can sometimes take our attentions away from our four legged friends most important part of their doggy day.
Pet Concierge offers a truly unique service to happily help meet the needs of both you and your dog.

Dog Walking
Starting at just £10.50 Pet Concierge will offer you an insured well trained dog walking service tailored to your requirement. Your dog will be collected from home and walked a distance and length of time that you feel is suitable for your dogs’ needs. This may be a short walk in between your own daily walks or can be extended to include beach, woods and field trips. Early morning, evening and weekend walks can also be catered for! At your written consent dogs can be walked off leash and your walking pattern and styles will always be observed. Multiple dog walks can be arranged if you prefer your dog to have some doggy social time and multiple dogs from the same household can be walked together or separately for you.

Starting at just £10 Pet Concierge can offer a unique service of insured Comfort Breaks for your dog that can be tailored to your requirement and can include, a short walk, play session, toilet break in your back garden or simply a little company and personal attention to brighten up their day. For those of you who can manage and enjoy your dog walking time this may be the perfect solution for your busy days.

Before even deciding to get my puppy it was a factor into my decision that I would need a dog minder as I work a 4 day week, but trying to find the right one was a bit of mare! However, Jayne was recommended to me by one of the ‘mums’ at puppy class – as Jayne looks after her pup. From my first meeting with Jayne I have been very impressed with Jayne’s knowledge of puppy/dog care and her obvious love of dogs. I cant put into words how much it means to me to have someone like Jayne to come and check in on my puppy Summer, to know Summer is getting lots love and attention and care. Jayne leaves me notes as to how her visit to Summer has gone that day and I keep Jayne informed of any issues, where I am up to with training etc. So it’s really good to know Summer’s education continues whilst I am at work – which all helps keep her routine on the straight and narrow.
Jayne has walked our dog Ollie for 10 months now, since he was a puppy-
She came to the house to meet him beforehand and got to know him during comfort breaks at our house, until he was old enough to go out on walks. During this time, we have found Jayne to be extremely reliable and cares for Ollie like he is one of her own! Ollie’s response to Jayne is great, because he enjoys his walks on his own and with other dogs – this has really helped with his training regime. Ollie is very contented in Jayne’s company, we know we have definitely made the right decision and our minds are at ease while we are at work. Pet Concierge prices are competitive and certainly give value for money. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Pet Concierge to anyone who is looking for a dog walker.

I am due to go away with work and I am gutted (and guilty) to have to leave my puppy so early from getting her. But I have no hesitation in letting Summer board with Jayne. I know Jayne will offer the best of care and Summer will be well looked after.

Hi There,
Jayne looked after our dogs this year when we went abroad for 2x weeks. We usually leave the dogs with a very reputable kennels – but always ALWAYS begin to worry about how much contact and walking they are getting 🙁 – sound familiar??
Jayne was extremely thorough – she visited our house to meet the dogs in their home environment, and then we visited her home to meet her family and her beautiful dog Jet
She gave us lots of forms to complete – easy to follow, and brilliant – as you get the chance to write down all your dogs likes, dislikes, idiosyncrasies and such……… and with our Cocker Spaniels – believe me I needed to add sheets too!! She was very thorough with the vaccinations and vet details and she has a brilliant relationship with the local vets (ours recommended her to us).
We dropped the dogs off the night before we left and the dogs settled in quite quickly.
Jayne kindly updated us – as being worried parents we text a couple of times – sorry Jayne! 🙂
Millie (our bitch Spaniel) and Charlie (our dog spaniel) both had a lovely time at Jayne’s lovely home and for the first time EVER – Millie did not ‘duck down’ when we picked her up (something we think she does to make us feel bad when we leave her in kennels). She was all over us and happily darting around Jaynes lounge with Charlie and Jet – we could not believe it.
Most dogs are fussy and ALL owners are fussy – FACT!
I will always want to use Jayne to look after my dogs in future. Not only does she care deeply for the animals, but she involves them and integrates them into her family – and what a lovely family she has too.
Millie and Charlie had the most wonderful vacation – Charlie I think was in his element with other dogs to play with and Millie has never been so comfy with other people. I just want to say a HUGE thank you Jayne – it is wonderful to know how relaxed we can be knowing you are in charge of our lovely dogs.

Our Cocker Spaniel Maxwell is a very lucky dog. He has a wonderful person in his life – Jayne. It gives my husband and I great comfort and joy to know that Max is being well looked after by Jayne from Pet Concierge. She is a true professional. He has daily walks, lots of exercise and many cuddles from Jayne. She even washes him if he gets into a mess! She is passionate about animals and her devotion shines through in all that she does. Jayne leaves notes for us and we are in constant communication which is great customer service and much appreciated. It is obvious when you see Max with Jayne how much he loves her and that is a credit to her caring nature and her animal skills. Max has stayed overnight with Jayne, her family and Jet and he was welcomed into their home with no problem at all.
