A bit more about us…
We are DBS checked, insured, licensed and hold a canine first aid certificate. They say don’t work with children and animals….well Louise has done both and she loves it! Having been a teacher for 10 years, she decided a change of career was needed.
Mark grew up in a family that owned 5 pet shops so animals were never far away. We both dreamed of being out in the open air surrounded by dogs, or curled up on the sofa relaxing with our feline friends and are very lucky that we can fulfill our dreams every day!
Tailored walks, perfectly suited for your dog.
We take great care in making sure that our walks are perfectly planned for your dogs. From choosing from a huge and varied selection of different walks across the Ryedale countryside to making sure that each set of dogs on a walk are closely matched in terms of stamina, size and temperament, you can rest assured that your dogs will get the maximum enjoyment possible.
We put pictures on Facebook of all our walks or we can send pictures privately on What’s App if you prefer so you can see all the fun your dog has been having!
Home from Home Daycare and Boarding
Holiday, work, urgent appointments – there are so many reasons why it’s always a worry what to do about your dogs if you can’t be with them when you’d like to be,
We offer a Daycare and Boarding service from our custom built premises in Malton (just behind Costa Coffee).
Whilst we can never replace you in the centre of your dog’s world, we can offer them a loving home from home experience with lots of fun activities and play equipment to keep them entertained.
Daycare and Boarding with the personal touch…
Dogs that stay with us become part of our family for the duration of their stay – we don’t keep dogs in kennels outside and we don’t have dozens of dogs on site.
This ensures we can meet all their needs and give them all the love and one-to-one attention that they need until you can pick them up.
We have a spacious garden and plenty of room inside for dogs of all sizes to explore, play and make new friends with other dogs!
All our residents get a minimum of two walks a day (Learn more about our walks) and lots of playtime with our family.
Keeping your dogs safe and well.
We are fully licensed by Ryedale Council for Dog Boarding and Daycare and our premises are secured by locked gates and full CCTV coverage for your peace of mind. We operate a process of continuous risk assessment to ensure that we are providing a safe environment for the dogs in our care.
We are DBS checked, fully insured and NARPS certified including canine first aid.
For those dogs young and old who need a bit of quiet time, we also have a room where they can recharge or just take it easy for a while.
