MEALS 

 We feed as per your instructions at the intervals your dog is used to.

We cater for each dogs individual needs, so we encourage you to bring their usual food along & any treats too!

We will also happily provide food & treats if you’d prefer, so we offer Harringtons grain free wet & dry food for a small daily surcharge.

BEDDING & TOYS

We provide comfortable bedding for your pup to snuggle up warm & cosy, and have a selection of raised beds, tub beds, or fabric beds

Please feel free to bring along a small washable labelled blanket for a sense of home comfort.

We also welcome the provision of robust toys for your dog to play & enjoy, but we hope, not destroy! So, providing toys & bedding is entirely at your discretion! 

HYGIENE

Our thorough cleaning routine ensures their little house is thoroughly cleaned & refreshed daily & as needed. We also take pride in ensuring the entire environment is properly cleaned too…

SECURITY

For complete peace of mind when leaving your pet behind, you need to know they are safe in reliable, experienced & caring hands. 

We provide:

– Evening welfare checks (cuddles & treats included) to ensure that your pet is settled, healthy and happy 

– 24/7 CCTV 

– secure gated access

– Team member on site 24/7

EXERCISE

Our beautiful securely enclosed paddocks & large secure fields give your dog the opportunity to have complete freedom to run, explore, mooch & sniff, or make friends. Each dog is exercised individually unless they are from the same household. 

We walk all dogs twice daily as a minimum. 

Should you dog have limited mobility or needs a more gentle experience, we can instead provide a shorter lead walk, varying their outings in different areas of our secure & expansive site.

HEALTH
 

Each animal in our care is one of a kind, so whether they are one eyed, three legged, have bad teeth, ears, eyes, arthritus, anxiety, skin issues, or whatever the issue (so sorry excluding diabetics / IV needs), we will always be happy to adapt to provide specifically for their individual needs. 

We monitor each animal throughout the day, particularly for any significant behavioural & health changes. If your dog fell ill during their stay, we will seek appropriate medical attention 24/7 wherever nessesary. We will happily administer any medications or supplements orally at the required intervals.

OUR CATTERY

COMFORT

 We offer a rural retreat with an abundance of creature comforts, including a snug bed, plenty of blankets, a selection of toys, plus climbing & scratching opportunities. They can curl up for a snooze, play, or instead watch the world of nature just a few feet away. 

WELLBEING

We provide tailored care to ensure that not only is your cat given plenty of affection & play time (+ treats if they’re not on a diet!), but any special requirements such as diet or health concerns will be considered and provided for too.  We can happily administer medication or supplements during their stay at no extra cost. 

PRIVACY

All our cat chalets are spacious and secure, with a private raised cubby where your cat can climb the ladder to eat, sleep or play. Each unit is individually thermostatically controllable to ensure warmth and the highest contentment for your cat. 

FOOD

Whilst we can provide a scrumptious selection of wet and dry food and tantilising treats, we also understand certain cats are somewhat particular and can be slightly fussy when it comes to their food! We would encourage you to assist us in providing a small sense of familiarity by supplying us with their favourite food instead. We will feed your purrfect puss as per your instructions and usual feeding routine at home. 

CARE

We monitor your cats behaviour and health throughout the day and in the evening, complete final observations of their food and drink intake, chalet temperature and overall demeanour.

Many cats wait for us (and their bedtime treat!) meowing until we reach them, waiting for their final ear & chin rubs of the day! Certain cats may be timid instead, so we respect their space whilst we make quick final observations. 

HYGIENE

We have a strict cleaning routine, so each morning every chalet is thoroughly checked and refreshed, with our focus being to provide your cat with a clean, serene and comfortable environment.

we pride ourselves on, we are not prepared to compromise in any area

which would impact the quality and experience for your pets stay.

We have carefully considered our pricing structure and have done our very best to avoid increasing our daily rates for as long as possible.

With continuously rising costs in every area of the business, from servicing loans to staffing and spiralling food costs – the list sadly goes on – every single cost for us has increased significantly!

Our priority and purpose is to provide a wholesome tailored adventure in a fabulous unique environment, provided by a dedicated, experienced and qualified team, so each precious pet enjoys a loving, fun, enriching, nurturing, relaxing and safe space to holiday!

To continue delivering the care we would expect for our own beloved pets, without impacting the quality or service level, the below rates will only apply to all NEW bookings as of the 1st July.
All bookings already in the diary will be honoured at the originally booked prices until October 2023.
