Hello! I’m Emma from Ely, Cambridgeshire, and I’ve been owned by various rescue cats since moving here in 2016. I grew up with dogs and was a volunteer dog-walker with the Cinnamon Trust for five years. I love all animals and feed my garden birds and wildlife all year round, as well as making friends with every dog and moggy I meet in the street!

Home visits

For cats, dogs, small animals, birds and reptiles (up to 5 animals per booking)

Home visits ensure that your pet is comfortable and cared for while you’re away on holiday or out at work. They generally last around 30-45 minutes. At each visit I can do any of the following:

provide fresh food and water in clean bowls
give medication if required
clear out or change litter trays, cages or hutches
provide garden time and enrichment for dogs
brush your pets if you (and they!) wish
offer lots of play time, company and cuddles.

I’ll keep an eye on your pet’s health, wellbeing and behaviours, and send you updates and photos with each visit so you can be reassured that your beloved companion is thriving. If you’re on holiday, I’m also happy to put out your bins, open and close curtains, bring in post, and tend your houseplants.

One visit per day: £10

Two visits per day: £20

Three visits per day: £30

Care and company by the hour

For all animals

Care by the hour can include any or all of the above services, but the emphasis is on company, reassurance and personal attention for your pet. I’ll come to your home so that your pet remains comfortably in their own familiar territory. Great for older, unwell, anxious, or very sociable animals.

£12.50 per hour (minimum 1 hour booking; chargeable afterwards by the half-hour)

Dog walking

Currently available for small or heel-trained dogs only – apologies

I take a maximum of three dogs per walk, from the same household only. With no pack walks, your dogs get my complete attention.

I’m experienced and gentle with shy, anxious and reactive dogs, and love helping them to build their confidence in people. A Yellow Dog ‘I Need Space’ lead flag or bandana can be provided to help ensure they have a more peaceful and comfortable walk. I’m fully insured against animal illness, injuries and accidents.

1 dog: £15 per hour

2 dogs: £20 per hour

3 dogs: £25 per hour

(Minimum 1 hour booking; chargeable afterwards by the half-hour)
