Ever since I can remember I have wanted to be surrounded by animals. It all started whilst on a family holiday in Germany with a sheep who I believed I could talk to! (This is true, I have the pictures to prove it)
My feelings were cemented further when I completed work experience at the RSPCA Canterbury. I was given the opportunity to care for a variety of small pets, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats and decided there and then that my future career needed to involve working with animals in some capacity.
My love for dogs began when my aunt got a Springer Spaniel called Charlie and I’ve never looked back. My partner also has a rescue Whippet who I love to take out for a bit of exercise, he’s a bit of an old boy though so he’s not up for long walks, I cater our adventures to suit his age and capabilities. In addition to this I have a keen interest in fitness and decided that it would be a wonderful idea to combine my 2 loves, Walking dogs = Keep Fit.
Rest assured that your pet will be at the heart of everything I do, I know that your dog is an important and much loved member of the family. maisiewalkies will look after your pet as if it’s my own, whilst you are at work or out for the day you can feel reassured that your pet is in a safe pair of hands, (my hands).
maisieswalkies also offers a drop-in service, or a pet sitting service with your pup. Whether you are out for the day and have enough time to walk your dog yourself or if you need to give your furry baby a companion for when it gets dark, I am here to help.
If you want to book a one-off walk, if you are going out for the day, or are working late, or even if you would just prefer to pay as you go. It is completely up to you.
I offer lots of different adventures to cater for all types of dogs and their needs. Once you have chosen what service suits you best, get in contact so we can see how we can make your dog’s adventure as unique as possible!
Not only will your dog be spoilt with lots of kisses, cuddles and treats, but your dog will come back as a very happy little pup. The 1 hour adventure takes place in various locations and involves going that little bit further to make sure your doggy stays fit and healthy!
I recommend these adventures to medium sized dogs such as Cocker Spaniels, Whippets, Basset Hound, Saint Bernard, Shih Tzu, Pugs, Miniature Schnauzer, Terrier breeds, and so on. But if you believe your little doggy has the ability to go out for an hour walk then why not treat your pup?
