Our Dog Paddocks are located in a rural setting near Corby, Northamptonshire, and are ideal for picnics, dog training or even just a safe place to take your children and dogs out together! We offer a range of services to the local and wider community, and we have been a family-owned business for over 70 years!

Lodge Farm paddocks is a professional and exclusive dog walking facility with beautiful fields that are fully enclosed with 6ft fences. This provides the perfect setting to allow your dog complete freedom off the lead in an exclusive and secure environment.
Our Family have lived at Lodge Farm for over 70 years now and as a family business, we pride ourselves on our high levels of customer service and our attention to detail with each and every single client.
In the past, the main business enterprises were arable farming and egg production. In 1990, Julia Streather, embarked on a business diversification programme establishing a boarding kennels, which was handed over to her son James and his wife Helen in 2003 and more recently has been handed down to one of their daughter’s, Savannah Streather, who continues with 5 luxury boarding areas.

Our Dog Walking Paddocks are directly opposite the Corby Golf Course on the main A43, NN17 3EQ. If you are using Google maps, just type in Lodge farm Boarding kennels/paddocks or Savs bark park.
When you arrive, continue up the drive and directly on either side you will see two paddocks. Paddock #1 is on the Left, Paddock #2 is on the Right then Paddock #3 is on the left hand side, just past Paddock #1, before the grass bank. If no-one or no car is in the paddock area, please drive straight through the gate and park on the gravel, making sure to shut the gate behind you. All cars in your booking must be inside the gate, maximum of 3 cars in all 3 paddocks. Please do not drive onto the grass. Do not park in the yard, as all the units need access.  You have booked this paddock to yourself, you do not share this with anyone else, so please do not drive into the area, until the previous person has vacated. Thank you
Once the gate is shut, the paddock is secure for you to open your car to let the dogs out. There is a sheltered seating area and a water bowl for you and your dogs. It is ESSENTIAL that you pick up any waste from your dog(s) and place in the bin provided on-site, and take any other litter home with you please.
At the end of your time-slot, please put your dog(s) back into your car, open the gate and drive out. Please leave the gate open for the next customer.
Our pricing is quite simple; £5 for 25 minutes and £8 for 55 minutes for 3 dogs. Any additional dogs will increase the cost by £1 per dog over and above to a maximum of 8 dogs. You must be at your car with your dog ready to leave at 5 to the hour or 25 past the hour, to allow the next booking to arrive on time.

We are currently open 7 days a week (7am till 7pm), and are welcoming customers to book online. Please use our booking system to review our available times each day.
Please be aware that the last booking slot is half an hour before closing time.
Booking Arrangements – Bookings are to be made via the booking form on the website.
Payment – Payment must be made at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy – If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended.
Bookings are non-transferable. The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions.
You must bring your own biodegradable bags and clean up after your dog/s. Lodge Farmwill provide a waste facility to dispose of the biodegradable bags. The Lodge Farm team will inspect the field and fencing daily to maintain security but please notify a member of the team if you have any concerns. During winter months the field may be muddy, so please ensure you wear appropriate footwear. Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog/s, fence height etc.
Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not permitted. Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not permitted. If any of your household pets show signs of illness, please do not book the field. All dogs using the field are known to each other and are already socialised with each other.
Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not let children climb on any gates or fences.
We operate a strict no smoking policy on the premises. Please adhere to this at all times.
Please make sure to take any and all rubbish home that you bring onto the premises. Do not use our poo bins for your rubbish, as these are not recycling bins.
It is the responsibility of those using the field to allow time at the end of their session to get their dog(s) on a lead and off the field before the next client is due. Dogs must be back in the car at least 5 minutes before the end of the session to allow time for the next dogs to enter at their allotted time.
We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other third parties.
Use of the field means that the user accepts all the terms and conditions. The user is responsible for all safety aspects of Lodge Farm prior to, during or subsequent to the hire period and must accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death howsoever or by whomsoever caused, whether to property or persons sustained by any person in the Lodge Farm fields.
