About Us

My name is Olivia Morgan and I run LIVforPETS. We are a family run business based in Slip End, also covering Aley Green, Caddington, Flamstead, Harpenden, Kensworth, Markyate and the surrounding areas; Specialising in quality pet care services – Dog Walking, Drop Ins and Pet Sitting. 

Being fortunate to grow up with pets, including Cats, Ponies, Hamsters, Rabbits, Birds and Fish I quickly developed a love and passion for animals, their care and welfare.

I have a BSc Degree in Zoology, A First and National Diploma in Animal Care and Management. With over 14 years’ experience working in the animal industry at veterinary practices, quarantine kennels, boarding kennels/catteries and farms, I have a broad skill set and knowledge of animal care, covering a range of animals and pets including, dogs, cats, small animals and exotics including frogs, bearded dragons, snakes and tortoises.

Like all pet owners, I understand the difficulties faced trying to balance day-to-day living while ensuring the best care for your fury friend and family member – This is where LIVforPETS can help.

We offer a variety of services including one-to-one and group dog walking, drop in sessions and longer pet sitting periods; Removing the stress and worry of leaving your pets home alone or imposing on friends, neighbours while your away. 

Dog Walking

LIVforPETS will come collect your dog and provide them with their daily routine of exercise, socialisation and play time; While you have the reassurance that when you return home, your dog will be happy, worn out and satisfied.

During our initial meet & greet we’ll discuss any specific requirements you and your dog have, such as training while on the walk, the use of harnesses/haltis/leads and not to forget their favourite treats.

All walks are carried out within local parks, fields and countryside tracks so your dog doesn’t need to travel too far. Walking times start when we reach the walk, not when your dog is collected.

Group Walks

Available for single and double visits. We will collect your dog, transport them to a local park, field or countryside track where they’ll be allowed off-lead (with your prior consent) to play and explore. Dogs will be placed on-lead when deemed necessary by our walkers.

Once the walk is complete, your dog will be returned home happy and given plenty of cuddles before we leave.

Pet Sitting

Our pet sitting service, offers you the chance to get away for the weekend or longer, without having to book your pet into a kennel or cattery. Allowing your pet to stay in the comfort and relaxed environment of its own home, following their usual routine. Ideal for older and younger pets who require extra attention and toilet times.

We have experience with and cater for a wide variety of pets, from Cats to Cockatoos, Dogs to Degus, Rats to Reptiles. During our pet sitting service our professional team will take care of your pets and any special requirements discussed during our initial meet and greet.
