DOG WALKING

What would your dog love more than a good old walk whilst you are busy at work? Exercise and stimulation is important for a dogs well being. It is not only good for physical well-being but relieves stress and boredom. A tired dog is a happy dog. Prices shown as a guide.

GROUP WALKS – £13 per Hour

A one hour walk within a group of up to 4 dogs. This is a great chance for your friend to have some socialisation with like minded dogs, walk across glorious fields, local farm land or beautiful parks and have some off the lead playtime (when ready) and really stretch their legs.

SOLO WALKS – £18 for 45mins

If your dog can’t be walked with others then a solo walk might be suitable. Availability for solo walks is more limited and priority will be given to those dogs requiring a full time slot.

PUPPIES

You have a puppy, lucky you! I can offer support for your puppy starting with ‘puppy playtime’ where I can come to your home, play with your dog, give it some food & replenish water and build up towards getting them used to the car and other dogs via short walks, with the view of joining them to a group walk when the time is right.

PLEASE NOTE – All puppy walkies should be time limited. The best advice is to walk them for 5mins per each month of their age, so a 3 month old dog should have no more than a 15mins walk, a 6 month old dog should be getting around 30mins and a 12 month old getting an hour. This is to help their bodies develop properly over time.

My availability for puppy playtime is also limited and priority will need to be given to those pups requiring a full time slot.

OTHER SERVICES

Along with dog walking, I offer a range of services to help you and your dog. From Puppy Playtime to Pet Taxi I can help you out. Contact me with your requirements and we can go from there. Prices shown here as a guide.

PET TAXI – £POA

I can drive your pooch in my fully insured, air conditioned dog-mobile. Maybe they have a groomers appointment or an important vet visit but you can’t get the time off work, I can carry them in my vehicle.

PUPPY PLAYTIME – £12 for 30mins

I can offer support for your puppy starting with ‘puppy playtime’ where I can come to your home, play with your dog, give them some food/replenish water and build up towards getting them used to the car and other dogs via short walks, with the view of joining them into a group walk, when the time is right. Also look at my dog walking page.

HOME VISITS –  Â£11 for 30mins

If you have a dog that can’t get out and about due to age, a poorly leg or some other reason, allow me to come and visit them at your home. Like Puppy Playtime, I can give them a biscuit,   check their water, spend time with them and give them some love along with letting them into the garden for a comfort break this will break up their day and give you the reassurance that they have some company.

About Me

HI, I’m Kim. I have been running Lead Me Home – Dog Walking since 2017. After leaving a 9 year career in the Police I decided I to pursue my dream of working with animals (especially dogs!) full time.

Be assured that when your dog is with me they will be well cared for, entertained, exercised and loved. I am trained in Canine First Aid from Writtle University College and have full Public Liability Insurance along with business insurance for my ‘dog-mobile’!

Although this is the most fun job I have ever had, I do take my work seriously and offer a professional service. I can provide references if required. I’m proud of my great customer feedback both on Google and Facebook and work hard to maintain my reputation.

Have a look around my site and if you have any questions or further information then please click either the ‘Live Chat’ button below, send me an email or fill out an online form via the contact me page and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

I have always had dogs and my current batch consist of Billy and Coco, both rescue dogs.
