Looking for your next dog friendly adventure?

You have come to the right place. I’m Titch, a Cairn x Jack Russell (and a bit of Maltese) who along with my human best friends Holly and Alex want to show you all the best places to stay, restaurants and pubs to enjoy and the attractions and activities that will give both you and your furry best friend something to smile/wag their tail about.

Holly and Alex wanted to take me away with them and once a location was decided, Holly spent hours searching the internet for places I could go with them, not only was this frustrating for Holly but also meant I was missing out on all important cuddles!

This got us thinking, wouldn’t it be great if there was one place you can go and search for all the things needed for a trip away or day out with your dog. Here you can search by activity or location to find all the dog friendly places near you, leave your dog’s comments about the places you have visited together and recommend your favourite places to be added to the site so that others can also enjoy them.

I can’t wait to share my experiences with you all and I look forward to hearing about your own adventures.

Titch

Hi I’m Titch, a Jack Russell x Cairn (with a bit of Maltese too) and I am 9 years old. I live with Holly and Alex in Colchester, Essex. I love going for walks, playing with both my human and doggy friends and most of all I love cuddles. I am so excited to be part of HoundAbout and can’t wait to share with you all the best places to visit with your favourite humans and hear about your own adventures.

Holly

Holly is my human Mum. Holly is a trained accountant. When not working, Holly likes to do bootcamps with her dad and visit the family. I love visiting the family too, there are many doggy friends for me to play with. Holly and I enjoy going on adventures, finding new walks and places to visit. Holly is my favourite human but shhh don’t tell Alex I said that!

Alex

Alex is my human Dad. He works as a Payroll Consultant but loves nothing more than to spend his free time flying his glider. He is a trained gliding instructor and competes in both National and Regional competitions. During the summer months we stay at the club in our caravan which is great fun, unfortunately I don’t get to go flying but it hasn’t stop me trying.

Dog Grooming – Each dog is treated as an individual and will have regular �comfort breaks� during their visit. They will be groomed at their own pace, reducing stress and making the whole experience a pleasant one. I only book one dog in at a time – you won’t find loads of dogs waiting all day in cages at KP Cuts.

Dog Walking and Pet Visits – All dog walking is on a one-to-one basis, meaning your dog will have undivided attention and will not be walked with a group of unfamiliar dogs. Multiple dogs from the same household can however be walked together.

I can also provide pet visits and taxi services (in a secure car crate).

Stockists of the UK�s Best Pet Foods – I stock some of the best UK-made pet foods – Nutriment – enhanced raw feeding, Forthglade and Canagan (available to order). I offer FREE local delivery.
