Quality Pet Care

Jo’s Paws Pet Services is run by myself and husband Pat. We offer a friendly, reliable pet service based in Preston. Services offered include dog walking, dog home boarding and local cat visits. We are passionate in providing a professional high quality specialist pet care service with customer satisfaction, which is not only reasonably priced but always has the happiness and well-being of each animal as its primary focus. To ensure that we provide the best and safest environment for each animal I have completed a professional diploma in pet home sitting and dog walking which covers safety, health and hygiene, first aid, nutrition and much more. Not only is our company public liability insured, but we also have care custody and control insurance, non-negligent cover, key cover and animals in transit cover. I am also policed checked so you know your dogs are safe in my care.

Dog Walks

We offer daily group dog walks which are 60 minutes in length (plus pick up, drop off & towel dry) to allow for plenty of socialising, exploring and plenty of playtime in a variety of places including parks, fields, canal walks and pavement walks. Dogs will be carefully introduced and matched with other sociable dogs in small groups and a maximum of 6 dogs will be walked at any one time.

Solo Dog Walks: Dogs are walked for either one hour or half an hour. This service may be suitable for unsociable or elderly dogs.

Dog Home Boarding & Cat Visits

Home Boarding: Over the years we have cared for many different dogs, we have a happy and loving home and will welcome your dog(s) with open arms. Your dog will have pampered sleepovers in our home and treated as part of the family, giving them all the care and attention they need. They will have a minimum of 3 walks per day. (Licence number AW28429)

Cat Visits: Whether it’s you taking your holiday, having a weekend away or just away for one night. We will come to your house to feed your pets, change their water and clean up any mess.

Regular updates and photos are taken during your pets stay.
