Jessie’s Dog Hotel

Jessie’s is set on our working farm where we have a prime beef herd, dogs, cats, chickens and not forgetting Mr Grump, our rescue pig. Not only do we have years of experience in animal care with animals of all shapes and sizes we are also both qualified in Canine First Aid and Jackie has a Level 3 Diploma in Kennel and Cattery Management.

We know choosing the right boarding kennels for your dog is an important decision. We understand how much our customers dogs mean to them as our dogs mean that much to us too. We want you to know that your dogs will be safe, secure and happy when staying with us. It was for this reason we wanted to develop something different to serve the local communities and surrounding villages of Holywell, Flint and Mold and are so proud of our dog hotel.

Rich has been looking after animals on his family farm since he was old enough to carry a bucket (and that’s a long time), while Jackie worked part time for Sainsbury’s and part time on the farm.

We had wanted to run a luxury dog boarding hotel for a number of years but the timing had never been right with one thing and another but when Jackie was given the opportunity to take redundancy from her role as a Human Resource Manager she took it and this has allowed us to follow our dream of providing high quality, modern dog boarding facilities for our community.
