JB Dog Care offers one-to-one home care for your dog while you’re away. We’re close to regional airports and cruise terminals at Southampton and Bournemouth, so you can settle your dog with convenience and ease before heading on your way. Whether your dog needs boarding for a day, a weekend or several weeks, they’ll benefit from our positive and affectionate atmosphere, and all the love and companionship that they usually enjoy with you.

Hello, I’m Janet and I run JB Dog Care.  I’m delighted that you’ve found my website.  If you’re going on holiday, why not give yourself peace of mind while your dog enjoys a luxury break too?  I provide one-to-one professional home boarding for 1 – 2 dogs from one household at a time.

Based between the New Forest, Romsey and Southampton, my canine guests have the very best environment in which to run and play, and a home-from-home setting full of love and care.

I am licensed by New Forest District Council, fully insured and have I completed a variety of canine care courses.

Launched in April 2010, JB Dog Care is based near Southampton, on the edge of the beautiful New Forest. It’s the perfect location to provide your dog with plenty of opportunities for fresh air, fun and exercise.

My charges reflect the professional, one-to-one, home from home care given to your pet by mature, trained dog loving staff.  I do not have any pets of my own.

I care for 1-2 dogs from only one household at a time and your dog will enjoy my positive and affectionate atmosphere, with company all day, every day, while you have peace of mind.

Whether you need home dog boarding for several weeks, one day or a weekend, s/he will have all the love, companionship and care that they usually enjoy from you.

While you’re away, I’ll care for your dog in my home and provide all the love and attention that s/he receives from you.  With free access to my secure garden, I’ll also give them lots of exercise in local parks and fields, romps through the New Forest and bracing paddles in the waves of the Solent.

Home dog boarding is the ideal alternative to kennels. I offer day boarding, overnight boarding and holiday boarding options.

I’ll write a daily diary with photos of your dog’s stay with me, which I’ll give to you so that you can read about their holiday – and while you’re away you’re welcome to call me to check how your dog is.

You don’t need to send your beloved canine companion to kennels, when they can enjoy a home-from-home environment with me.  I’ll take as much time as necessary to discuss your dog’s normal routines, so that I will look after them to your requirements.

I offer an affordable dog boarding service, and will also give you a discounted rate for entrusting more than one dog to my care.

My charges include

* 24 hour bespoke care – company all day, every day in a loving, friendly, home atmosphere
* food and water bowls
* beds, cushions, blankets
* toys
* dog waste bags
* laundry of any items as necessary (laundered at 60 C)
* transport to and from walks, visits or appointments.  All dogs will be secured in the car using a travel harness unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that owners are asked to provide:

* your dog’s usual food, collars and leads
* favourite bed, toys.

You are also responsible for any veterinary, property or third party costs incurred during your dog’s stay, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
