Your Cats will be housed in a luxury spacious UPVC pen with housing inside and their own outside exercise pen. Which overlook spacious, peaceful gardens.

Our pens are big enough to house up to 3 cats from the same family, with 2 family pens available for up to 6 cats.

All indoor pens are individually heated. The outdoor exercise pens also have either tree barks or a NEW scratching tower for your cat(s) to run, scratch, play or sit on.

We provide clean blankets for all cats but of course you are welcome to bring your own bedding with which your cat is familiar.

We do have toys for our boarders but please feel free to bring any toys, comforters, scratching posts etc that you want to.

Daily grooming – if required – is given to each cat. This also helps us to get to know your cat. We have found that this is a great way to make happier any unsettled cats. To help maintain our high level of cleanliness we would request that if they have their own brush/mit/comb at home please bring them in for us to use.

Whilst all cats are loved, cuddled, groomed and played with etc particular attention is paid to first time boarders. We will make sure they are very settled within 24 hours.

Our promise to you is we will become your cat’s friend and make sure they enjoy their holiday whilst boarding with us.

All cats MUST be immunized against Feline Infectious Enteritis and upper respiratory infections (Cat Flu) and owners must show proof of vaccination on arrival.

Should your cat require veterinary attention during their stay we will take them to see their own vet. This ensures that the vet has the full medical history of the cat and can help diagnose the problem. If its not possible to contact your vet we do have 24 hour Veterinary cover available. Vet fees will either be paid by us and reimbursed by you, or you will settle the bill with your vet upon your return.

We are very happy to continue with any medication your cat may be on. Please provide full details when booking your cat in.

Although we realize that fleas and worms can be a fairly common problem, we take an enormous amount of care that the cattery remains a safe sterile area. When we accept your cat for boarding we assume that it comes to us free of fleas however should any treatments be necessary costs will be charged accordingly.

Meals are prepared in the cattery according to your instructions. We have premium quality dried foods and stock all major brands of tins and pouches. We also feed fresh chicken, fish and tinned fish. Most diets will be catered for, however if your cat requires a special/prescription diet you will need to provide this at no reduced cost

Meal times are usually twice a day, morning and tea however we are very flexible and should your cat require feeding more often this can easily be fitted into our daily routine.

We are a family run business and have been in the Pet trade at North West Discount Pet foods for 24 years. After many requests from a lot of our customers we took the challenge to build a cattery 11 years ago. We spent time traveling as far as Wales to look at lots of different catteries to ensure ours catered for all needs at a high standard. We have helped over the years re home many Cats and Dogs and we also work closely with local charities.

Minimum Charge

Prices on request for more than 4 cats. Cats collected before 12pm will NOT be charged for that days boarding.

We accept cash, cheque and all major credit cards. Payment can be made on arrival or when collecting.
