Our dog walking service is perfect for dog owners that have busy working lives, families, young children, or any of the million other things that can sometimes get in the way. It is designed especially to fit around you and ensure that your dog or puppy gets regular walks to help them stay fit, healthy, and above all, happy.

We can offer both individual and group walks for your dog or puppy.

OUR FREE CONSULTATION

When you contact us, we’ll arrange a consultation in your home at a time that suits you. Our aim is to ensure the very best care for your dog so we use the consultation to get to know you and your dog. We will ask you about your dog’s favourite walks, what pace they like to walk, and whether your dog prefers a longer or shorter walk. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions you’d like to ask about us, how our service works and anything else you can think of. We will also provide you with a copy of our terms and conditions. From there we can plan a walking programme tailored to your dog’s exact needs.

This is completely free and doesn’t put you under any obligation to use our services.

BOOKING A WALK FOR YOUR DOG

Once you are happy, we can book in your dog, ensuring it will get the exercise it needs at a time that suits you both. For our regular walkers, we usually arrange to hold a set of keys to your property so we can get access to your dog when you are out. Don’t worry – they’re kept safe with no way of identifying your property on them, they’re fully insured too.

TAKING YOUR DOG FOR A WALK

If you wish we will walk your dog in and around your locality, using routes that are already familiar to them. Over time we will vary the routes so that the dog remains stimulated and fulfilled.

Alternatively, we have walks that take place in a variety of locations in and around Deal that are great places to exercise dogs. Travel to and from these walk areas isn’t included in the 30 or 45 minutes so your dog will always get the full 30 or 45 minutes of walking.

As a rule we walk dogs on a lead, but if you prefer, we can walk your dog off its lead once we have got to know them a little better. We would of course make sure that we are in a very safe environment before doing so.

On our return, we’ll make sure your dog’s paws are clean and that they get plenty of water. If you wish we can feed them too and clean up their bowl afterwards. We will make sure they get plenty of fuss and attention before we leave.

While you’re away we can provide you with updates on how they’re doing by telephone, text, or email. We can also send you photos of your loved ones too.
