What to Expect from the team at Harfields Groom Room

If you’re new to our dog grooming services and wondering what to expect. Here’s a quick overview of our grooming process and what you can expect when you bring your furry friend in for their grooming session:

Consultation

Greeting and Consultation: When you arrive for your appointment, our friendly staff will greet you and your dog and ask about any specific grooming needs or concerns you may have. We’ll discuss your dog’s coat type, skin or health issues, and any other information to help us provide the best possible grooming service.

Bathing:

We’ll give your dog a thorough bath using high-quality shampoo and conditioner appropriate for your dog’s coat type and skin needs. We’ll also clean their ears and trim their nails.

Grooming:

Once your dog is clean and dry, we’ll begin grooming. This may include a haircut, trimming, brushing, and other grooming services tailored to your dog’s needs.

Finishing Touches:

We’ll add the finishing touches to your dog’s grooming, such as trimming the hair around their paws, cleaning their teeth, and adding a bow or bandana if you’d like.

Post-Grooming Consultation:

After your dog’s grooming session is complete, we’ll take the time to discuss our grooming process with you and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also provide tips on maintaining your dog’s coat between grooming appointments.
