Based in South Wales and Surrey, England –  Go Fetch Ltd delivers pet transportation services to and from all corners of the UK, Ireland and Europe by Road and now offering transport by Air worldwide.

With our services tailored to your specific needs at all times, we specialise in long-distance travel arrangements for your much loved animals using our new DEFRA Type 2 licensed, custom built vans.

Over the years we have transported animals for a vast array of different purposes, from top sport German Shepherds across Europe for breeding through to picking up and delivering dogs from local groomers, each and every time doing our utmost to fully satisfy our customers’ requirements.

Road

What do we do?…

“We transport your dog or cat safely to your desired destination”

At Go Fetch Ltd, our main method of pet transportation is via road, using a high specification, purpose built van. When travelling out of the UK, the port we leave from will vary depending on the final destination. However, our preferred option is the Eurotunnel, as this is not only the most time and cost effective option, but it isn’t weather dependent. Catering for private and commercial customers alike, regardless of whether we’re looking at powerful Newfoundlands or petite Chihuahuas, we always plan for your pet to have a first class service from the time they’re collected to the delivery location.

Fully committed to providing an industry-leading service, one where the animals’ welfare always comes first.

Your pet will be given a service where all its own individual needs are completely catered for. This includes ensuring dogs are frequently exercised on route to their destination and all animals have a constant, fresh supply of water, with feeding happening at times the animal is used to.

Furthermore, any pets that require medication are fully catered for, with medication administered at no extra cost by experience drivers. All we require is clear, written instructions of what needs to be given and when. We also have our own vets onsite at our London boarding facility who can assist with any mediation or welfare questions.

What’s more, we’re always 100% transparent with everything we do and are always more than happy to share our knowledge and experience.

Our pet transport service means your pet(s) get one-to-one care with our drivers who can provide updates and photos along the way.

Pets by Air

Did you know Gofetch we can assist with sending your pets by aeroplane as well as by road?

GoFetch and our sister company Flypets (www.flypets.co.uk) can arrange your pets relocation by air (as cargo) using animal friendly flights with approved airlines.

Our experienced pet travel consultants can talk you through the procress and work together to find the best service for you and your pets.

At GoFetch and Flypets we understand each pet is different, so we offer a flexible bespoke service so whether you require a Door to Door service or just the flight and check-in only – dont worry, we are here to help you!

All pets travelling will need to meet the export and import requirements of their new destination – We have vets on site who work closely with our team with keeping up to date with the latest import/export requirements, pre-checking vet history and answering any client questions that pop up!

The GoFetch team and our vets will guide you on any pre-export vaccines and blood tests for your desired destination – this is all part of the service to ensure a smooth and safe trip for your furry ones!

When it comes to flying your pet, we understand it can seem daunting, so we aim to make the move as stress free as possible for you and your pets.

Pets traveling by air travel in airline approved travel crates – we can build these to the size of your pet – providing a safe and comfortable way of getting them to their final destination. These crates can be pre-delivered to allow time for your pets to get used to them and become their new ‘safe space’.

TIP: Adding soft bedding from home with familiar smells is recommended to help keep your pet comfortable with familiar smells.
