WHO WE ARE

Five Oaks Kennels and Cattery was established over 30 years ago by Mrs Franklin as a sanctuary to care for both domestic and rural animals. The Cheshire kennels and cattery are now run by her daughter Alison and son Ivan, who continue with her legacy of caring for the animals.

As a family run establishment all our boarders are given the time and attention they require to ensure their stay is a happy one! With staff on site 24 hours a day 7 days a week, you can leave your pet with the confidence they will receive the best care possible.

Located ideally between the 3 counties, our primary objective is to keep your pet happy and comfortable whilst staying with us.  With heated kennels and comfy beds we are sure that your best friend will be happy to come again and again. After all a happy dog makes a happy owner!

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Our purpose built kennels offer comfort and safety during your dogs stay.  We provide the bedding but you are welcome to send your dog with his or her favourite toys and treats.  We will even name the treat jar so no one misses out on their daily routine!

With a continuous cleaning regime, to ensure that our guests have the highest standards of hygiene, our team check and maintain kennels throughout the day.

All dogs are walked twice a day, on leads, either in groups or individually depending on their compatibility with our other guests.

Do you have more than 1 dog? That’s not a problem, we can house 2 dogs from the same family in our  kennels, and if they are larger dogs we will accommodate them in kennels next to one another so they can stay as close as possible.

WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?

• 24/7 care for your pet – We even play relaxing music through out the day to keep them entertained!
• Heated Kennels – For your dogs comfort
• Dog Food – Please let us know if your dog has any allergies or special requirements
• Bowls
• Bedding – For hygiene purposes we ask that you do not bring your dogs bedding from home

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

• Proof of your pets vaccinations – this should include kennel cough
• Your our vets contact information – in case your pooch become ill we will always contact your vet first.
• If you wish to provide your own dog food
• Treats
• Toys
• Collar & Lead

PRICES

Our prices start form £13 per dog per night.

Please note that we are not VAT registered and therefore the prices we quote will not increase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Our purpose built, heated cattery enclosures are separate from our kennels and offer comfort and safety during your cats stay.

Each cat enclosure also has an outdoor covered area, including scratch and climbing posts, so they can go outside whenever they wish in a safe and secure environment.

We provide the bedding but you are welcome to send your cat with his or her favourite toys and treats.  We will even name the treat jar so no one misses out on their daily routine!
