About Dogs On the Go

Hello, my name is Shona and for as long as I can remember, dogs have been my passion and joy.  From 2019, I have been lucky enough to be living my dream – looking after pets everyday, by offering Full-Time Boarding, Walking, Drop-in and Sitting Pet Services via my home in Harrow.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience working closely with dogs, I have developed a profound understanding of these wonderful animals. Growing up alongside a family member who bred dogs, I gained invaluable insights into their behavior and needs. This upbringing ignited my passion for dogs and prompted me to pursue a qualifications including a Diploma in Canine Welfare, Level 4 Canine Behavior, Level 3 Doggy Day Care and Canine First Aid.Through these certification, I have honed my skills in providing top-rated care and emergency assistance to our furry companions. My diverse background and expertise make me a dedicated and knowledgeable individual in the realm of taking care and working with animals.

I’ve got a spacious 4 bed home with huge garden & with no kids around, your furry companions will have all the space they need to play and relax. I understand the stress of being away from your dog and assure owners with regular updates, including videos and photos

When it comes to Dog Walking it isn’t just a part of my job – I genuinely enjoy it as a pastime. So, your dogs will not only get the exercise they need but also the enjoyment of exploring the outdoor with someone who truly loves being out and about ( but also loves activities, cuddles and play time at home, for those less needing of long walks. )

I’m open to multiple prior meets so owners and pets feel rest assured the fit it right for all whilst at ease knowing; I am qualified, insured and all pets are treated like family during their time with me!

Day and Overnight Care: Watch your pup frolic and cared for in a safe, spacious home. They’ll enjoy interactive games, belly rubs, and plenty of treat-filled adventures.

Walks: I will take your fur baby on exhilarating walks, exploring nearby parks and trails. Every stroll is a new sniff-tastic journey!You will receive photos and updates throughout. I offer group walks and solo walks which can be tailored to the owners and dogs preference.

Drop-in Visits: My pet drop-in service is designed to provide personalised attention and care for your pet in the comfort of their own home. During my visits, I will ensure your pet receives proper feeding, refreshing their water, playtime, and bathroom breaks as needed. Additionally, I will administer any medications or follow specific care instructions you provide.

Home Sweet Home (Pet SItting Owners Home): Keep your pet’s regular schedule intact while you’re away, with my house sitting service. I’ll personally stay with your pet in your home, ensuring they stick to their routine, cleaning hutches and cages ect administering medication, taking them for walks, letting them out for bathroom breaks, assisting with household chores, and showering your pet with lots of attention and affection!

Wedding Pet Chaperone: I offer a tailor-made, no-hassle, pet chaperone service, meaning your furry friend can be a part of your special day. I can bring your pet to the venue and look after them during the event, meaning you can relax and enjoy your magical day.
