My dedicated one to one service allows me to take all the stress and anxiety out of the groom whilst satisfying all your needs by bringing my purpose built heated parlour direct to your front door.

With your initial appointment you will receive a free consultation before we commence grooming to allow us to undertake a brief health check and ensure all your wishes are correctly understood.

My compassionate and specialised service consists of the latest in “fresh water” grooming facilities where your dog will be hand washed using natural shampoos with a humectant and emollient rich formula to soften skin and condition hair.

Your dog is then hand dried with our state of the art turbo dryer allowing me to “blow out” any remaining loose hairs before applying a fresh smelling cologne to complete your pampered pooches treatment.

In order to promote a healthy dog and maintain the coat condition we recommend regular grooming is carried out and can work with you to develop a regular grooming schedule.

Managing Directors Andy James, Helen James and Wayne Jones launched Dial a Dog Wash in 1999. After seeing the mobile operation in the States. they decided to launch the service in the U.K. The business proved such a success that it was launched as a franchise in order to duplicate the service around the U.K. To date Dial a Dog Wash has become the most successful service of its kind through its franchise network.

The concept came about when we were on holiday in the USA and we saw several mobile grooming parlours and thought what a fantastic idea. The rest is history.

We soon saw the demand for mobile grooming services and the business became an immediate success. We eventually had 3 vans specially converted for grooming. We saw the opportunity of making this business available to dog lovers who would like to share in our success.
