Your dog will have soothing classical music played throughout their stay along with a natural essential oil aroma proven to relax your dog, it’s also beneficial to control the spread of airborne bacteria.
Your pet will wake at 5am or 7am depending on the season, an early morning run with friends or a wonder with a human.
At 8am they will get a breakfast of their choice, choose from dry food, wet food or raw.
At mid day they will get a snack cuddle and a brush and a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise with specially chosen dog friends or a game with a human friend.
Dinner will be served at 4pm followed by a walk in our gardens.
A snack will be given along with a toilet break 6pm – 9pm.
Bed time is at 8pm or 10pm depending on the season.
Your dog will go home absolutely tired out, don’t worry if they sleep for two days.
A bath is provided for £15 for bookings of 7 days or more.

Your cat will have entertainment watching the many wild birds coming in to feed on our bird tables.
Your cat will be provided with a breakfast of your choice at 8am, we provide most of the well know brands please ask. If your cat is on a special diet please provide full details on booking.
After breakfast our highly trained staff will sit with your cat, brushing, stroking & playing with various cat toys we have.
Dinner of your choice will be served at 4:30pm
After dinner an afternoon stroke & play is given to each and every resident.
A snack will be given at 8pm.
We will ensure the bedding is comfortable as bed time is at 10pm.
Your cat will go home rejuvenated after a relaxing stay with us.
A free cat ball or mouse is given if staying 7 days or more.

EVERY DOG IS DIFFERENT…
…therefore if your Dog is old or inexperienced; nervous, excitable, or troublesome we will adapt the process for your Dog. Please inform us in advance so we can ensure we have everything in place so your dog has the most enjoyable groom possible.
PUPPIES
Puppies can come in for their first groom after their 2nd jab. Puppy grooms are only £25 which includes a bath, blow dry, brushing, face tidy, feet & bottom, nail trimming, and of course meeting other dogs. We never push a puppy too far as the main aim is to make the groom a nice experience. We offer this package up to 6 months old.

STEP BY STEP
1. Book an Appointment on the booking page or by calling us.
2. Arrive at your appointment time.
3. Tell us your preferences which will be added to your pets record. We ask you to leave your Dog with us as it agitates the Dog more if they can see you but can’t get to you.
4. A bath using natural shampoo and conditioner in our high powered bath.
5. Towel dry and blow dry to fluff up the coat.
6. Clipping or tidying up whilst your dog is entertained by other dogs. Their nails will also be trimmed, ears cleaned and pads clipped.
7. A run around on the floor so we can check the groom and so your dog can meet others being pampered.
8. Collect your dog at the pick up time given (usually about 2 hours later). We will make sure you are happy with the groom and tell you how your Dog behaved. Payment is taken on collection (cash or card) and it’s best to book your next appointment straight away to avoid disappointment.
