Welcome to CopperBeech Dog Kennels & Cattery! We offer boarding for dogs and cats for one night or more, and we are fully licensed with local authorities.

After taking over in 2015 the business has grown and we now have a team of assistants who are as mad about the animals in our care as us!

Meet Nicola – CopperBeech Kennels  Co-Owner & Manager!

“I have been an animal lover all my life and after being in primary education for 15 years decided that it was time for a dream to come true. I have been a volunteer puppy walker and boarder for the Guide Dogs Association for many years and have had many dogs of my own.

I first came to know Copperbeech Kennels when I boarded Max, Deva and Leroy here a few years ago I got the chance to buy the kennels and property with my long time friend and business partner Mark. Together we decided that we could take the already established business forward.

The care and attention of our dogs was of the utmost importance when we looked at kennels and this is what we offer to all of our customers and guests.

Please be assured that we will treat your dogs as we treat our own (plenty of walks, cuddles & conversations!).”

Please note, all our prices are subject to change.

2023 PRICING

Dogs:  Smaller breeds £23 (2/3 dogs sharing from same household, discounted by £1 per day per kennel)

           Medium/larger breeds £25 (2 dogs sharing from same household discounted by £1 per day per kennel at discretion of  manager)

Cats:   £12 (2/3 cats sharing from same household, discounted by £1 per day per cattery)

All prices are PER DAY – if pet is picked up after 10.30am on day of departure another day’s rate is applicable)

Cost for collecting/dropping off pets available on request, minimum £25 each way

If your pet needs to visit the vet whilst you are away there is a fee of  £30 each way if we are providing transport

TO BOOK:  Register on our online booking system and sign in to book/change dates and upload vaccination details.. We will contact you within 24 hours and confirm your booking.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF STAY:

Kennels: food (unless your pet needs a specific diet), bedding and 2 walks a day 

Cattery: prices include food, bedding, cat litter, scratch posts and lots of cuddles!

Small pets (guinea pigs, rabbits  or others on request): £12 per cage – supply of food and bedding/treats by owner, cuddles 

Bank holidays are chargeable at normal rate but be aware that Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, are double rate.

Please note: prices are per day – a charge is made for the day the pet is dropped off.  If your pet is collected before 10.30am on the day of departure there is no charge for that day but an extra day’s rate is payable after 10.30am.
