Our pet-friendly, family farmhouse is the perfect countryside playground, nestled in an idyllic setting within three acres of gardens and private mini woodland. Backing onto Hustyns Woods and only twenty minutes away from Cornwall’s north coast beaches – walks, play, adventure and relaxation – are our speciality.
We pride ourselves on providing a very personal service with only small numbers of dog guests at a time.
If you are looking for fully licensed dog daycare or home boarding with a personal touch, a hearty walk for your dog, or popping away and need a reliable, friendly face to feed your cats, we are here to help.
I’m so delighted to be running my own professional dog walking and pet minding business. My ethos is to create a warm-hearted environment for my dog guests, where each becomes part of the family.
Having moved from Buckinghamshire over four years ago, my husband, our three children and our very special gentle giant Star, a ten-year-old German Shepard cross St Bernard, are now embracing life in the beautiful north Cornish countryside.
I love dogs, having grown up with them my whole life and this has been one of the driving forces for starting up my venture. Also, I was determined to have a better work, life balance, embrace the outdoors and show my children that dream jobs really do exist!
My mission is to provide a truly personal, friendly and reliable service for animals and their owners. I can’t wait to share my time and my memories with lots of gorgeous new furry friends.
So if you are busy, heading away or here on holiday and need someone to look after your pet, with bundles of truly genuine warmth, care and respect, please do give me a call.
Complimentary pick-up and drop-offs and up to an hour’s romp in the beautiful countryside or on Cornwall’s north coast beaches. Your dog will get plenty of exercise, the chance to explore and discover exciting smells and meet new friends.
We like to walk where there are few people and keep our groups small (usually around 3 dogs at a time) to ensure each has our full attention and care. However, we do like to encourage little groups as socialisation is of vital importance for happiness and well-being.
We adhear to your dog’s specific training needs where we can and only give healthy, organic treats unless otherwise specified. We are fully stocked with toys – tennis balls, rugby balls, footballs and frisbees!
We also offer bespoke services, tailored to suit the exact needs of your pet, including individual, shorter or extended walks.
Day care is based at our dog-friendly home tucked away in the countryside with three acres of garden, private mini woodland and no main roads in sight! Your dog’s day will include up to an hours walk, either exploring in the tranquility and beauty of Hustyns Woods, which backs on to our house, or diving into adventures at the nearby beaches or National Trust parklands.
We never usually have more than two or three guests at a time, which means we can give each lots of attention, one-to-one quiet time and properly supervise play. It also allows us to offer full access to our home and gardens…. when they are in our care they become one of the family!
We always try to adhere to your dog’s specific training needs and only give healthy, organic treats unless otherwise specified.
If you like the idea of your dog snuggled up by the fire or playing out in the sunshine on our three acres of land, with loads of attention and cuddles – we are just the place!
As part of your dog’s stay, they will get a daily walk and a delicious hearty organic, wheat-free meal (unless you would prefer to provide your own). We also send you a dog diary at the end of their stay and lots of photos!
So we can lavish bundles of attention on our little guests, we only have one or two sleepovers at a time. Each guest is treated as one of the family, with all the luxuries of home life.
If you are busy or on a short break away, we can look after your small friends from cats to chickens and everything in between. We will pop in once or twice daily to let them have a good stretch, clean their bowls and top them up with food and water. And always stay for a little chat and cuddle.
Staying in beautiful Cornwall on holiday, you will come across many pet-friendly attractions however, there may be an occasion when you just can’t take your four-legged friend with you…. We can help out, making sure they are having as much fun as you are!
They can spend the day with us at our countryside farmhouse, or we can drop into your holiday home to make sure they are looked after and not feeling left out.
