About Us
We accommodate dogs and cats of all sizes and also have provision for multiple pets so they can be kept close together when they stay. We know how important caring for each pet as an individual is to our customers, so we build a good consistent relationship with our pets and their owners, growing our knowledge of each pet every time they come to stay.
We love our animals as you will see if you come to visit, our boarding kennels and cattery are based in 18 acres of Essex countryside which is also home to many other farm yard animals including; pigs, goats, sheep, horses, ducks and llamas to name a few…

Deborah is supported by a team of staff who have all been working at the kennels for a long time, providing consistency to both the pets and their owners. Deborah lives on site right next door to the boarding kennels so as well as working in the kennels she able to ensure the consistent safety and security of your pets.

Our well-equipped facilities are maintained to the highest standards and the centrally heated kennels provide a comfortable place for your dog to eat, sleep and exercise. We cater for dogs of all sizes and will endeavour to meet specific nutritional requirements. The kennels are set in a spacious private Essex farm with plenty of room to keep your dog fully exercised
Accommodations & Taxi
All our dog guests have separate heated accommodation and we supply professional veterinary standard bedding and baskets. Owners are also welcome to bring their own toys and bedding. We clean the accommodation throughout the day with a low odour kennel cleaner viracare.

Please note: do not feed your cat/dog on the date of pick-up. This will enable them to be more comfortable, avoid being ill on the journey, and they will be fed as requested on arrival at the kennel. Please tick the box on booking form if the cab service is required, and telephone us to confirm 24 hours before your choice of departure.
Grooming & Exercise
Fit and Fully Exercised
In our lovely Abridge rural setting we have plenty of dedicated space to exercise your pet. We will discuss your dog’s exercise requirements with you and during their stay they will be exercised individually with lots of one to one attention. We strive to keep all our dogs happy and by taking them out 3 to 4 times a day we can observe them whilst playing and exercising.
Pamper your Pooch
Whilst your pet is staying with us we are able to offer a luxury bathing service we have a new hydrobath which can wash the biggest to the smallest of dogs in complete comfort.
We also use the Wildwash products which are sensitive and 100 % natural product .These shampoos are renowned for their natural healing qualities and give a fantastic finish.
Book your pet in for a bath so they return home fully clean and refreshed.
Please let us know in advance whether you would like your dog bathed before he or she goes home. .

Health Care
Whilst your dog is in our care we will take very good care of them, however should they become ill they will receive immediate veterinary attention. If you have your own insurance it must be produced on arrival. We charge a small fee for insurance cover for any veterinary charges. A cost of £ 15.00 will be levied to and from the vet.
Health: Staff will administer medication advised by the owner, to which there is no added cost. No pet suffering from infectious or contagious diseases can be accepted and details of previous illnesses must be reported.
All pets must be fully vaccinated and owners must produce an up-to-date vaccination certificate as required. Inoculation must cover distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, canine parvovirus and other relevant diseases. We also advise for dogs to have the kennel cough vaccine and be fleaed and wormed. The course of vaccinations must have been completed at least 2 weeks before date of arrival. Full details under conditions of acceptance on booking form.

Prices
All prices include boarding, heating, food, exercise and treats. Prices are quoted per day and include departure and collection day.
All dogs £30 a day
Morning collection for large dogs will be charged £20.

Discounts
We give a 10% Discount for 2 or more dogs sharing from the same home.
We charge for day of arrival and departure. Payment strictly on arrival by cash, credit or debit card. (3% surcharge for Credit Cards) There is a non refundable deposit of £30 and £50 for summer, Easter and Christmas holidays. In the event of a pet being collected early or less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received the charge for the whole stay will be due. Additional charges apply for Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day during which time we also have a 4 day minimum stay policy.
