Our services are the core of our business and compliment the high standard of facilities we offer. Care is at the very centre of everything we do and we aim to provide peace of mind whilst your pets are staying with us.
We fully believe that looking after the needs of the pets in our care is a 24/7 job and that’s exactly the way we work and so do our staff. Whilst we live on site, they arrive as early as 7am to make sure all of our guests get the care they need.
Our staff are professionally trained and importantly share the same opinions as us regarding the standards of care they maintain – if it isn’t good enough for their own pets, then its certainly not good enough for yours.
Exercise is key to the well-being of any healthy dog so we ensure your dog gets daily exercise and walks in our own secure field, we take the time to play with them without charging you any extra because we believe your dogs should enjoy exercise and play as standard whilst staying in a dog boarding kennels.
We recognise the importance of a healthy, balanced diet and only feed our own dogs specialist, premium brand food. In continuing with our policy of ‘if it’s not right for our own animals it’s not right for yours’ we feed all of the pets staying with us premium brand food, exactly the same that our own dogs enjoy! Even better, come and visit our friendly, professional staff in our on-site shop before you leave and pick up some to take home.
With plenty to do when planning your trip how about we take one thing off your mind? We’re pleased to offer a collection and delivery service so you don’t have to worry about making time to bring your pets to us, we’ll come to you.
We don’t offer a price tiered service, we believe the high standards of care we offer should be minimum to all pets cared for whilst their owners are away. Exercise isn’t extra, the premium food we use isn’t extra and cuddles aren’t extra (believe it or not at some places it actually is!). Rest easy, you’re pets are in caring hands with us.
We’re more than happy to cater to individual and medical requirements where we can, inform us when you book and we’ll put a schedule of treatment in place. Just another way we try to give you peace of mind.
