I offer daily dog walks within a pack situation. If you are looking for your dog to burn off plenty of energy, enjoy lots of environmental stimulus and play with multiple like minded pals then my dog walking service is just what you need!

Pack walks are enjoyed off lead (subject to written consent and once I have established recall with your dog) so they get to fully explore the great outdoors at their own pace and buddy up for playtime. I enjoy a variety of wonderful walks within the Chester area, including beach walks, woodland walks, countryside walks along the river Dee and also have a secure and private field with plenty of agility equipment and paddling pools to keep them entertained so there really is never a dull moment!!

I have many years experience in professional dog walking services!

My walking service includes collection and drop off of your dog (I am fully insured to keyhold), who are transported in the safety of my modern, air-conditioned van to and from the walk locations. Walks are a minimum of one hour in duration and each pack always has two handlers to a maximum of twelve dogs. One handler is always one of the partners here at Canine Capers, and there is always a canine first aider present.

Whilst most of my pack dogs are high energy, I also cater for puppies and elderly dogs and have procedures to limit the exercise level in these cases so all ages and abilities are welcome to come and join the fun. Photo’s are uploaded daily to my facebook page so you can follow your furry friends antics from afar. Please do be aware though that throughout winter things can get VERY muddy and we all know how much our furry best friends love the mud!! Please ensure a suitable dog towel is left out for us during the winter months and I will do my best to clean them up!

Doggy Daycare

Doggy Daycare in Chester

Doggy Daycare is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm and dogs can be dropped off and picked up from my Saltney based premises or I can keyhold and collect them for you (dependant on your location). Dogs attending my daycare will enjoy several pack walks throughout the day so are certain to have the best fun, mixing with lots of different packs and will be ready to drop into a deep sleep upon their return home! If your dog is very high energy then this is the service for you! My daycare service is also ideal if you work long hours or your dog dislikes being left home alone, there is no need for them to be alone, just bring them along to enjoy the fun and make new friends

I can cater for all ages of dogs at my daycare and can tailor the levels of exercise according to their needs

I are also happy to feed any puppies their lunch (if provided by the owner) and administer any medication required as per the owners instructions.

Then look no further, Canine Capers of Chester are very proud to hold a 5 star home boarding license issued by Cheshire West and Chester council (license number 21/AB/062). Your pets will enjoy comfy beds (provided by myself), enjoy lots of pack walks whilst making many many new friends, have freedom to roam in the secure, astro-turfed garden and of course, enjoy lots of fuss and cuddles – I love nothing better than sharing my home with your wonderful furry friends.

All boarding dogs must be up to date with their vaccines or have a valid titre test.

My premises are maintained to the very highest of hygiene and cleanliness standards. I can cater for all dietary or medical requirements (owners provide their own food/medication) and there is a canine first aider on the premises at all times for added piece of mind. All dogs are provided with their own clean and comfy sleeping area so they can get plenty of quality rest after their busy days out and about with my packs and playing with my own adorable resident dogs. Plenty of photo’s will be uploaded to my facebook page during your dogs stay with us so you can keep up to date with all their fun from wherever in the world you are, providing you with total peace of mind that your furry friend is thoroughly enjoying their own holiday too.

Our History

Canine Capers of Chester, founded in 2012, is a family run business offering the very best of care for your canine best friend when you cannot be there. Whether you are away on business, living it up on holiday or simply busy with day to day life, I am here to ensure your dog’s needs are met to the highest of standards. I offer 1 hour pack walks, doggy daycare and home from home dog boarding. All the dogs enjoy long walks in the beautiful countryside around Chester, socialising within our packs and with our resident dogs.

My Passion and Assurance

My work really is a true labour of love and I feel so lucky to be able to spend our days out in the countryside surrounded by so many waggy tails and smiley faces!. As well as highly experienced handlers, Canine Capers also has canine first aid certificates, A diploma in dog communication, is fully insured and is 5 star licensed by Cheshire West and Chester council.
