Callander K9 was established over 8 year’s ago as a dog walking & small animal care business, building it’s clients, friends & qualifications steadily over the years to offer dog, rescue & puppy training, dog sports such as scent, Hoopers or Agility & following COVID, our playgrounds.

Our Adventure playground is filled with exciting equipment for your dog’s to sniff, play and explore & our dog sports area is complete with Agility, Hoopers or Scent equipment for you to book at your leisure.

Each playground can be booked for your own exclusive use & we hold group playgrounds each week to support owners and their dogs with dog body language, appropriate play, training solutions & much more.

The journey has been incredible & the support from our customers, friends & family has been outstanding. We are truly blessed & very grateful 💕

From overcoming struggles with my own reactive dog, I knew the embarrassment, the lack of understanding from other dog owners as their ‘friendly’ dog bounded towards us or passers by telling me my dog needed trained.

I was determined to find a solution that supported both owners & dogs alike.

I am currently studying a transformation masterclass with Dr Alexa Diaz (K9 training institute) who specialises in service dogs.

Group Walk

This walk is specifically for the more social dogs. Your dog will be collected from your home and taken to one of the many exciting walks we have on our doorstep. This group walk will be with other social and suitable dogs. During the hours walk of sniffing, socialising, running and playing your happy dog will be returned home. Here they will be dried off, paws wiped and settled before we leave. We will happily feed, top up water or give medication where required.

Socialisation Walk

Do you have an overexcited adolescent? A bit of a nervous pup or older dog? Would like your dog to learn appropriate greetings and manners? Do you feel your dog may need a little more socialisation? On our socialisation walk both you and your dog will come and join me where I will already be walking my group of dogs. On this walk, you will be guaranteed to gain lots of training tips and ideas and also learn more about your dogs body language.
