Welcome to Bromyard Boarding Kennels serving Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Gloucestershire.

The kennels are a family business founded in 2000.  A new custom designed kennel block was built in 2018.

As you can see, at my kennels dogs are encouraged to socialise!!

There’s no better sight than watching a pack of dogs of all ages and sizes happily playing together….timid dogs soon gain confidence and problem dogs lose their aggression.

EXERCISE

Your dog will be exercised twice daily come rain or shine.

The kennels are situated in 220 acres of their own grounds, which include large open fields, woodland, rivers and lakes, so as you might expect exercise is varied and considerable and will suit all abilities.

It is the kennel policy to exercise dogs together and off the lead, so if they’re feeling energetic and want to race around like mad things they can! Or if they like water and want a dip in the river or lake en route then they’re free to do so. Or perhaps they’re old and a steady plod following me is more their cup of tea or perhaps I should say juicy bone !!

I’m the Pied Piper and they all follow ( or lead ! ) at whatever pace they choose !

Dogs are kept on lead until they are familiar with their surroundings, but, after the walk, they will still get an opportunity to run free in our large, fenced paddocks.

ACCOMMODATION

The new kennel block was built in 2018 to my own specifications and comes up to all the latest licence requirements.

The building is split up into 40 individual kennels.

Each kennel has an indoor run (heated if required) measuring 5’x8′ and an outdoor run (but covered) measuring 5’x12′, both of which dogs have access to at all times.

I would recommend, if you choose to use the kennels, that you bring your own basket, bedding etc. This can of course be supplied, but I think if your dog has something familiar, it will make for a more pleasant stay. Feeding bowls will be provided.

It is said that, when choosing boarding kennels for your dog, if, when you walk into the building you can smell dogs, don’t use it…..Lucky they didn’t mention muddy footprints too!!  I seem to spend my life chasing them!!

PRICES

Prices are the same regardless of the size and breed of your dog.

The following prices include food, accommodation, exercise, any administration of medication, and heating (should you ask for it). I accept cheques or cash only, no credit cards.

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXTRAS !

If you choose to board more than 3 dogs together you will only be charged a 3 dog rate, i.e. 4th, 5th etc. dogs are FREE !!

There is a minimum charge of £18.
